Pros:

Отличный отель, хорошие завтраки, прекрасное расположение

Cons:

Прошло полтора месяца после проживания в отеле, а внесенный депозит отель до сих пор не вернул. На обращения не отвечают. Все впечатление испортили своим разгильдяйством.

las vistas al Bund y la hubicacion perfecta para ir a la pearl tower o para hacer compras el cual tenias dos tipos de centros comerciales a 1 minuto del hotel

el rooftop el cual requeria de pedir un minimo de al rededor 200 euros para poder subir, cuando la mayoria de personas pues queremos un cocktail y disfrutar de las vistas y no tener que obligarte a cenar alli para poder disfrutarlo, creo que estaria mejor que hubiera alguna separacion entre las personas que quieran estar mucho tiempo y otras que solo estar un rato corto y tomarse alguna bebida

Everything we hoped for in a luxury hotel, comfort, facilities, location, and most of all Service !
Pros:

Service was top-notch. The room and hotel facilities were both excellent. I especially enjoyed Aura, the lounge in the lobby—very cool ambiance.

Cons:

Breakfast timing could be extended a little. Battling jet lag, we missed a few breakfasts since it closes at 10:00–10:30.

Vista stupenda

Vista, ristoranti, qualità food & beverage, palestra, sauna e lounge

Cons:

La camera è vecchia, si vede bene e si capisce. Ho trovato camere migliori in catene competitors che chiedono 100/200€ a notte meno di Ritz. Serve rifare le camere e migliorare gli allestimenti…la sedia era assurda, anche il materasso era vecchio e da una parte è più sfondato / morbido. Le prese sono vecchie, armadio poco funzionale etc. Ritz deve essere il top, non può essere dietro a Mandarin, Waldorf etc.
