Отель на высоте, в прямом и переносном смысле!! Всё идеально. При заезде предложили видовой вариант размещения с доплатой, но мы мы не пожалели!!! Спасибо огромное милой Яне за большую помощь и поддержку, так как не все можно донести на английском языке!!!

В целом все хорошо. Однако необходимо тщательно сверять условия бронирования и условия по факту заселения, чтобы не было недоразумений.

Since I’m a member of Marriott Bonvoy, of course, I chose this magnificent hotel.
I arranged a transfer from the train station to the hotel in a luxurious S-class vehicle — the ride took 40 minutes. I was greeted like a VIP 😊
The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong offers a luxurious urban retreat with breathtaking views of the Huangpu River and The Bund. Guests can enjoy premium amenities, including an indoor pool and a world-class spa.
The hotel itself exudes luxury and comfort — you feel completely at home.
Their customer service is absolutely outstanding!!!
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the hotel staff for treating me like a VIP, for every little detail and thoughtful touch.
A special thanks to @Kim_Euna — Yana, you are a wonderful person. Thank you for your dedication, and thanks to the universe for bringing us together. I will always remember the time I spent there!
The hotel gave me exclusive gifts, noticed subtle details in my look, and wrote me warm wishes that brought tears to my eyes!
