Pros:

Awesome conditions, very clean, personnel was very kind and supportive. Location is fantastic. Skyline view extraordinary.

Cons:

Prices a bit steep, you are basically charged for absolutely everything except water which was refilled daily, same as coffee capsules. Dining very expensive.

moesten bij aankomst een aanzienlijke deposit neerleggen terwijl alles op voorhand werd betaald en onderbouwd met een stevige creditcard-garantie. Hierop hadden we niet gerekend

Cons:

Отметили д/р в ресторане А-ля карт в отеле. Стейки были восхитительны, но немного расстроил персонал. Забывали о своих прямых обязанностях. Приходилось звать и ждать((( Отстраненность от происходящего . Это недопустимо.

Pros:

Everything was perfect. Polite staff, excellent service, attention to small details. Breakfast with spectacular views was excellent. The gym and pool areas are not big but everything needed for a good workout is there.

Cons:

Nothing. I’d definitely return
