Price is what you pay, Value is what you get. Ritz Lived up to the Hype!
Pros:

Absolutely everything! Service, to food, to location. In all honesty it was the great team of people that made this stay truly special and converted us to the Ritz.
It’s the small touches that make it.
The crew noticed we liked to work out so in our room after a workout was a thoughtful note with nutritious snacks to refuel.
Again the luxury was in the small touches and service. Location is excellent too.

Praktisch alles. Hammer Lage, Service, Ausbau etc.

Cons:

Die Rooftop Bar Flair - wunderschön, aber keine Struktur. Als Hotelgast kann man nicht reservieren, es solle aber immer Plätze für Hotelgäste haben sagen die von der Rezeption. Geht man hoch, dann hat es nur drinnen Platz, draussen muss man reservieren… geht man raus kann man sich hinsetzen, muss das Getränk aber drinnen holen. Essen kann man auch nur drinnen oder man bucht ein Package draussen. Blickt kein Mensch durch. Trotzdem auch die Rooftop Bar sehr sehenswert.

beautiful home away from home in Shanghai
Pros:

comfortable room, nice pool facilities, views and lounge area.
staff was exemplary and very professional.
Incredible bar team and management, always with a small attention to the costumers or a restaurant recommendation. Couldn’t be happier with the incredible team across the board, from the cleaning staff to the head sommelier . Thank you for making our stay so special.

Cons:

every public area is either a restaurant venue or a payable lounge. Would have appreciated a free lounge area for such upscale hotel.
Also nothing complementary in the room ( drinks or snacks) , with a very expensive mini bar. At the price per night, would expect not having to pay 8€ for a coconut water can.

Прекрасный, чистый и удачно расположенный отель! Вышколенный и внимательный персонал! Очень порадовала зона клубного лаунджа. Его сотрудники вежливые и доброжелательные , еда достойная, виды прекрасные! У нас возникла ситуация, когда мы опоздали на ланч, при этом были очень голодные. Персонал крайне любезно вынес нам индивидуально подготовленные закусочки.
