Overall, the hotel is very nice and clean, and staffs are very friendly

The property is located beside the river and has nice view

Very close to the train tracks and noisy when train passes and there is no pool in the hotel

Pros:

No rooms were available through the hotel's site so had to book third party. A two-bed room was not available when I booked so booked a smaller room anyway for my 5-person family. Brought a cot for my littlest to make the room work for all. Called a few days before and asked if an upgraded room became available. Since I booked third party there was nothing they could do at the time but said I could check again when I check in. Asked at check in and they had already reserved the upgraded for me! Very accommodating!

Awesome!
Pros:

Location can't be beat. So close to food and entertainment.

Cons:

The train coming through but that can't be helped and it made it unique.

Probably would not stay again.
Pros:

Clean, breakfast included, polite staff

Cons:

Not really the hotels fault but the several homeless outside the front door. I could also see them from my room window.

very clean, very accommodating, great location
Pros:

Staff were excellent and really accommodating, the room was really generously sized for our family, and it was a 5 minute drive to get into the city. Sure, there's a bit of train noise, but that stops around 1030pm and this is otherwise a great hotel.

Nice location
Pros:

The room was very spacious and really clean and I really liked the design of it. It was in walking distance to everything we wanted to do. From food and activities it was right by everything and the all the front desk workers were very nice and fun and easy to talk too. Would highly recommend.
