Nice hotel near train tracks
Pros:

Our stay at this hotel was nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with all the normal items although one morning it was hard for the staff to keep up. Proximity to South Side and city was good.

Cons:

There was anything I didn't like specifically but the train going by during the night was a little startling.

Overall very good experience. Would definitely come back. Also, I would recommend this hotel.

Freight train traveling and blowing horn throughout the night. Sleep was interrupted throughout. TV streaming inactive. $30 parking was not explained until arrival. “This is how they get ya” was the comment by the desk clerk

Won’t stay there again!!

Train track right next to the hotel and 5 trains went by during the night! We did not get much sleep!

Cons:

I was not able to use this room at all, as I discovered shortly prior to my reservation that the property is not pet-friendly, and I was already traveling with my pets. The person I spoke with at the front desk when I called to cancel was very nice and I appreciated the help, but I have not yet received a refund for any part of the stay that I couldn't use. I can't rate the hotel beyond that, because I didn't visit it at all. Thank you.

A localização dele não é boa, as máquinas de lavar roupa estav estragadas e teria que ir num outro hotel lavar.

A nightmare of a stay.
Pros:

Dirty sheets, red-stained comforter, clogged shower.

Cons:

We discussed this with the staff, the evening we arrived, and then the next morning at 6:30 (we didn’t stay for breakfast - we just had to get out). They said the manager would call us about compensation that morning when he got in, but never did. I will call after the holiday weekend.
