Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location near the airport was very convenient, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the smooth check-in onward. My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety (Continental, south & north indian dishes).
Overall, the service and comfort were excellent. Even though I didn’t have enough time to explore everything, I would highly recommend Courtyard by Marriott, Mumbai for both business and leisure stays

I just cannot say how much I love this property as this is the best property and I stay here very often and excellent service by all staff and the front desk staff is really helpful every single time and special thanks to sadiq for his courteous behaviour and processed everything really quickly! And this is my every stay recommendation to all my colleagues as well.

A Pleasant Surprise Near Mumbai Airport – Service That Rivals Luxury Hotels
Pros:

I booked Courtyard Mumbai International Airport for a short stay and honestly wasn’t expecting such a pleasant experience, especially since the booking was through an OTA.

The highlight of the stay was definitely the staff. My check-in with Mr. Yash was smooth and effortless, and he even added breakfast to my stay. What I appreciated most was that I never had to repeat things, everyone seemed to be on the same page.

A special mention to Ms. Taraka, who was incredibly warm throughout my stay. Whether it was checking if everything was comfortable or guiding me to the lounge, she genuinely made me feel looked after. Mr. Tanuj and Ms. Jasmine were equally welcoming.

The Executive Lounge was another pleasant surprise. The cocktail hour canapes were excellent and, to be honest, better than what I’ve experienced at some higher-end Marriott properties. Breakfast was also very well done. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the mocktails.

What stayed with me after checkout was how genuinely friendly everyone was. That kind of hospitality usually comes from good leadership and a strong team culture. Thank you to the entire staff for making a short stay so memorable. I’ll definitely be back, and next time for longer.
