It’s great as always . The location and staff makes it special for me and of good value for money
The bathroom sliding door . Hate it and it’s so difficult to slide it just hated it . It needs real review . It’s a health and safety risk if I have to put that much effort to slide that door I go in panic
Ordered fries — waited 20+ minutes for something that was burnt and over-salted. Ordered a pizza — it simply never came. Funny enough, the pizza only showed up after I had already paid the bill. Maybe that’s their version of fine dining timing.
For a Marriott property, this was honestly embarrassing.
No apology, no accountability, no one bothered to check on the table. Staff had zero interest in service but were very efficient when it came to handing over the bill.
What made it worse — every other table was being served perfectly fine. Only my table was completely ignored. It honestly felt like I was being judged and not worth the effort.
If this is the standard here, I’d strongly recommend avoiding it unless you enjoy poor service and leaving hungry.

Staffer very helpful; Sujal (if I remember the name correctly) ensured I eat a new Indian breakfast menu daily. The breakfast is pretty cool with lots of varieties. Riya and Sara were also wonderful and helpful at every breakfast
Your front office staff were wonderful; Rutu of customer service spent time making me feel at home, directed me to the restaurant on level one and checked on me to be sure I am getting the best experience. Prashant was another helpful staff, check on me always and arranged for my taxi to the airport

It was Cigarette smell on passage of 3rd floor..smoking room should be on particular floor,not with non smoking room.
Everything about the stay was perfect. Tanuj and Afreen definitely walked the extra mile to ensure our comfort. We were traveling with an infant for the first time, so we were a little uncertain how we would deal with the baby but the staff at Courtyard welcomed us with great warmth and made us feel at home. We do appreciate the Marriott-standard comfort of the room and the amenities as usual. The spread at Momo cafe was fantastic and the food at Umrao Saaj was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed the high tea and access to the executive lounge. On behalf of our 3 month old baby, thank you for the Courtyard sparrow :)
