Pros:

Excellent hotel with good facilities and amenities.
Great service provided by the hotel staff and special mention to Sharjil at the front desk for easy check in and check out

Very comfortable stay, very clean, nice staff
Pros:

Nice, clean, spacious room. Fantastic shower.
A woman took us to our room, who was lovely and explained where everything was, which was really helpful.
Swimming pool was great, well maintained.
The mezzanine restaurant food was very nice.
We used the cafe area downstairs, which was also nice.
Very close to the airport. Quiet.

Cons:

There didn't appear to be any locker keys for the swimming pool .
Although there was a drawer for a hairdryer, there wasnt one in the room, . Not too much of an issue though.
The safe didnt seem to be fully charged but it may just have been us.
The airport shuttle service is extremely expensive. 10 times the price of an uber, who pick up from the entrance gate.

Friendly & Welcoming Hotel
Pros:

Although we had not intended to stay at this hotel (stayed 4 nights due to flights disruption- due to Middle East issues) we felt very comfortable & welcomed throughout our stay.
All the staff were very friendly & attentive throughout our stay.
The breakfast buffet had a great selection & we enjoyed our evening al la carte dinners. We would highly recommend this hotel - I have completed the following survey, but also wish to thank you for making our stay a pleasant one, under the circumstances.

Not bad.
Pros:

The staff is the only thing which compensates for the mess

Cons:

The rooms aren't maintained. The rooms are in a terrible condition. And they charge double amount which isnt justified at all

Pros:

Close to airport and decent breakfast however not value for money.

Cons:

Bedding is not comfortable. The mattress is way too spongy jumpy. Made my entire body ache all night. The bathroom hand shower for toilet is very short, main problem.

everything was up to Marriott standard. comfortable stay.

Cons:

The location was not very ideal for us. Our room was facing an unpleasant surrounding/Neighborhood, which affected the overall experience. We would appreciate a better room allocation or a more suitable view during our next visit.

Awesome stay

Nice stay. Afreen was very helpful and her gift was lovely.

Especially liked the garden area and sparrows.

Poor response on follow ups
Pros:

Comfortable stay but Extremely poor response on follow ups.
A curious experience at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport: Requests are acknowledged politely.
Assurances are given confidently.
Follow-up, however, seems to be an optional service.
Requested a HD Channel to watch T20 finals during stay... later forgot my charger. No follow ups despite multiple calls.
Sherlyn & Aaryan from guest service appears to be extremely busy employees.

Perfect hotel to relax prior to leaving Mumbai
Pros:

Libation is perfect for the National airport 15 mins on a Sunday . r reached my hotel 2 hrs earlier then check in time but was allocated a beautiful suite as booked on the 7th floor . Room was clean smelled fresh & comfortable beds ,service was excellent and as we were half board with breakfast and evening meal happily swopped it for lunch when we were planning to be out and about .,found this excellent deal on Booking . Com when it was not even available on the Marriot Bonvoy app !
Was a perfect package as we wee exhausted and wanted to be near the airport and just relax . Cant comment on the spa as did not get around to using it great pool area has almost invisible netting to keep the crows out .Functions were going on in the hotel but this did not disturb us on the 7th floor . Have to say all staff from doormen. Cleaners ,resteraunt & reception all very attentive and Ankita in reception gave me her personal no to make contact in case we had to come back as we had to checkout 1 night out earlier then planned in order to catch our flight due to Middle East war situation .Thank you

Better jalebi Ghatia on Sunday pls 🤣
Nothing negative about hotel but booking . Com have not responded and thought out of good will they would refund 1 night s stay due to the Middle East situation as the hotel said they were not in a position to do so .
