The property was at the amazing prime location the staff were so much humbled assisted for every thing even the hygiene of all the amenities were amazing really appreciated the cuisine were also was of the huge variety with the perfection

If you need a hotel in Mumbai near the airport, this is the hotel to choose. Location is excellent, the hotel atmosphere is professional, very welcoming, and relaxed. The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need. You get good value for your money here. Being near the airport, it was surprising how quiet the rooms and the lobby were so sleeping wasn't a problem. The staff is responsive and kind and even in the restaurant where the food was amazing. I would highly recommened anyone stay here who needs airport accomodations. You won't regret it.

Perfect for a 2-night stay where we had to be close to the airport.
Efficient and nice staff. Check-in at 3am easy, and they prepared pasta for our son.

breakfast and rooms were great

Stayed at this property recently. Location is pretty close to airport.

I reached the property at 3pm however had to wait for close to 45 mins to get a room. This was after some followup with the guest relationship officer at the executive lounge Khansa. She was diligent in ensuring i got my room at the earliest.

Was allotted a room on 4th floor. In room service was decent and nothing to fault.

Special mention to Khansa who apologised for the delay in room allotment and checking on if stay was comfortable.

Room, bed, breakfast, business lounge.
After check out my flight was delayed, when I came back to hotel they offered for free to stay till 4pm in the room, and after in the lounge room.
This is a service that only real 5 stars hotel can offer.

Truly the Best “Home Away From Home” in Mumbai

Priti and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and without hesitation, we can say it has been one of the finest hospitality experiences we have had anywhere in the world.

Having stayed at several renowned five-star hotels globally, we were genuinely impressed by the exceptional warmth, attentiveness, and consistency displayed by the entire team here.

A special appreciation to the General Manager, Abhishek, who was remarkably present and approachable. It is rare to see a GM personally interacting with guests so frequently, whether in the lobby or Executive Lounge. His leadership clearly reflects in the culture of the hotel.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were simply outstanding, easily among the best we have experienced worldwide. Every request at breakfast, even items not displayed on the buffet, was graciously accommodated. Chef Vijay Sahu went above and beyond, coordinating seamlessly with Chef Allas, whose South Indian dishes were exceptional. At our request, Chef Vijay prepared mutton keema that was truly memorable, one of the best we have ever tasted.

We were unable to visit Ummrao Saaj on this trip due to prior commitments, though it came highly recommended. It is certainly on our list for the next visit.

We would also like to sincerely thank Nishant Kumar (Director of Operations, Chef Siddique (master Chef), Avinash (Front Office), Rupesh, Amit (MoMo Café), Asif (Concierge), Darius (Executive Lounge), and many other team members who made our stay seamless.

A very special mention to Umesh, the Loyalty Manager, an absolute asset to the hotel. From breakfast arrangements to Executive Lounge assistance, room service coordination, and transport support, he ensured everything was handled flawlessly. His proactive approach and genuine care made a significant difference to our experience.

This property stands out not only for its facilities and culinary excellence, but for its people. The team’s commitment to genuine hospitality makes it feel truly like the best “Home away from Home” in Mumbai.

We are already returning in March, and that, perhaps, says it all.

First thing you notice the moment you enter this hotel is friendly staff as you get greeted with good smile to escorted to front desk for check-in. Service in this hotel is top notch. Rooms are big and comfortable though bathroom is on smaller side. Very close to airport to if you are planning for early morning flights great place to stay. Breakfast buffer offers lot of variety and i really liked their masala tea. Highly recommend this property.
