My husband & I stayed for 3 weeks at Bella Vista Waterfront Hotel, our annual '2nd home' for the past few years. It was a great pleasure to see familiar faces at the reception - Azila, Qayyimah, Zaki and of course FSM Bryan aka Ibrahim, who all welcomed us warmly.
They always did their best to fulfill our every wish and very promptly too. Super efficient! All the staff from the other Departments were also very friendly & helpful.

We found our room very satisfactory. It had a lovely seaview, a comfortable bed, bright LED lights and an extremely quiet air-con.

The buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful; would have tasted even better if they were warmer! However, food in the Indian section was cold due to lack of ‘keeping warm’ facilities here.

The present breakfast area at the Mezzanine Floor is ok, but being here a few times before, we do prefer & miss the previous location by the sea. That was really a breathtaking view to enjoy breakfast! However, I suppose Management has its reasons for changing the venue.

Unfortunately the shower at the swimming pool is still not functioning, although we have been assured 2 years back that this problem has been solved. There are only a few drops of water coming out, and your pool rules request people to shower before entering. But sorry, that is not possible. Hope Management can rectify this problem.

On the positive side, we were more than happy to see water dispensers on the 1st & 2nd floors. Kudos to BV for your valuable contribution to saving the environment!

The 3 weeks passed too quickly and with a heavy heart, we had to leave.
Zaki drove us to airport. He is not only an attentive and helpful person but also a very good & careful driver.

In my eyes, hospitality is BV's trademark and it can easily beat other establishments in this respect. Keep up the good work!

For now , Bye Bye Bella Vista, our fairy tale castle.

Atmosphere around the resort is too good for couples to chill out. Rooms are clean with ample space for everything. Resort has a beach view which looks mesmerizing during sun downer. Property location is good and services are value for money. Bella vista also have a restaurant (Spice India) which provides finger licking indian food and is a must visit place for vegetarian people.

Awsome experience at Bella vista... Was lovely to stay there and got complimentary water park passes too... Qayyimah was very helpful to us and catered to all our needs and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was so lovely at the hotel...

The hotel and accommodation was so nice and the hotel provides free access to waterpark which is next level fun and gives your trip memorable and at the end the view from swimming pool to beach it's just next level the hotel staff like Alizat and team they were so nice and highly recommend this hotel for couples especially.

A good stay. Nice breakfast and other guests a bit noisy. A relaxing stay and some nice shopping and food experience. Wonderland seafood store fabulous.

It was a good experience
All stuff are good specially good. The rooms are specious and wonderful view surrounded by it. Bella Vista actually like a king palace, we'll looking another chance to come here again inshallah.

The staff as Ely and others were very nice and collaborative and the view was nice.

We went for Twin Island package to Bella Vista Langkawi & Koh Lipe. Good experience with staff from both islands courteous & helpful.
Special thanks to Mr Ganesan for his ever prompt response & kind assistance. Mr Bryan, Aizat, Jabri, Jasni & Mr Toni for extending support too.
More frequent communication amongst staff & customers will definitely make our stay even better.

The location was perfect — close to beach, making it easy to explore. I also enjoyed the hotel’s amenities, especially pool and restaurant. Breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of variety.

Wonderful service and hospitality by Ely and Zaki staff is good hotel is excellent also the atmosphere and splash out resort that they give complimentary is amazing worth it

Wonderful Hotel on the Waterfront in Kuah, Langkawi. Good value for the money. Great Sunset views from the Lounge area . Good Breakfast Buffett and a good Indian Restaurant on the Premises

Awesome living experience with a breath taken scene with good variety of breakfast itmes, rooms are cozy and also value to price. LOVE IT.
