For the price I am paying, I am happy, only the management should consider to allow late check out.
Cons:

I ask for a late check out to 1pm. And was told not possible, I will need to pay 50% of the room. I normally stay at holiday inn, in all my trip, unless there is no Holiday Inn, which all Holiday Inn allow late check out to at least 2pm

Overall everything is very good. Fully satisfied
Pros:

It was super clean and comfortable. Airport shuttle service is super fit. Staff n receptionist cooperating and cheerful

Cons:

Few floor tiles need to be fixed again. For two single beds room seems bit narrow.

Road surrounding the hotel can easily flooded when it rains, which could ruin your travel time (to & from) the airport.
