Terrible experience
Pros:

There was a staff member in the morning that was kind.

Cons:

The evening/night employee was not properly trained. The room had a cockroach, pill on the floor and trash behind the trash can. When the GM approached me in the morning, when I was just informing them of our findings, the first thing she said was I knew this was going to be a fight. Nobody was looking for that. She was hateful and very unprofessional. We didnt complete our stay. The breakfast was terrible. We ended up booking at a different hotel. The GM's name was Kristine. Not 100% on the spelling. She should in no way be in that position.

Decent. Clean. Mostly good. Some slip-ups
Pros:

Predictable. Comfortable. Waffles. Wi-fi.

Cons:

LOTS of stuff was broken. The ice machine on the 2nd floor, the jacuzzi and indoor pool. They seem to be postponing fixes and upgrades which is distressing. Also, they cut corners on some amenities re toiletries and have gone down to every OTHER day housekeeping! That is ridiculous. Daily housekeeping is one of my most favorite things about hotels.

OK hotel. Would stay here again.

Breakfast. Decent and clean room...pretty small but typical.

The rest of my stay was good

Cons:

I can never understand why some hotels don’t clean the corners in the bathroom and by the shower. It makes me feel like it’s probably not very clean elsewhere.

Found what appeared to be multiple bedbugs. Still waiting on management to call. Diamond member staying elsewhere next time.

Decent hotel but not worth $102/night.
Pros:

Clean property. Check in was easy and staff was polite. The lady at breakfast was super polite.

Cons:

At 9am someone knocked on our door several times before we could get to it and said, “what time you leaving?!” I looked at her like she was crazy and said before checkout time which isn’t 9am and closed the door! She was rude and definitely should not be going around rooms asking that just so they can clean the room when you should know what time check out is-it’s literally your job!

Not worth the money

Room and Bedding smells funky, towel are hard and rough, sink trains so slow, the shower handle and faucet wabble when turn on/off water.foods are nasty the oatmeal so dry and looks dead mean service at the dining not so welcoming,
