La conexión de wifi me pareció pésima, tenía que salir al pasillo a conectarme porque en la habitación no me funcionaba. Pero tal vez no sea así en todo el edificio.
The breakfast was good. Especially the F&B staff. They were so attentive and approachable. And the receptionist on duty the tall lady was very nice.
We didn’t like the wifi connection. It was really bad. And the other guests staying the same floor with us just keeps banging the door like they were the only guest there!

This is my 2nd stay in the hotel.
Even it is a 'non-smoking room' I could still smell the smell of the smoke.
I have stayed at this hotel a numbers times when I am transiting though Hamad airport and would recommend as a great short stay hotel.
We have eaten hear a number times and would recommend the Buffet lunch .Food was delicious and a great choice. The staff in the restaurant were very helpful and catered to our needs
This is the first time that I have had an issue checking in . Previously I was acknowledge by name an the check process was smooth, this time we arrived just after 0800 and I showed the young lady the booking .com reservation .She was having difficulty find our booking , I showed her a WATTS APP conversation that I had with the hotel the day before confirming everything was OK. She told me to take a seat because she would have to contact reservations and they do not open till after 9. She got busy and side tracked with other issues and guests . I went back and asked if everything was okay and she advised me the room was ready.
Waited 45 mins and we just wanted to get to bed.
