Rooms could use an upgrade
The location is good, walking distance from the famous and lively Souk Waqif, the staff is friendly.
My (small) room had no view except a wall, it was on the third floor, not very quiet as requested when I booked it.
The experience at Ramada Encore has been incredible! Rasel's treatment has been great. The facilities are great, the aroma is incredible even more so. We will definitely repeat!

The overall simplicity and modern theme aligned well with our taste. The staff was courteous, responsive, and very supportive.
The food quality was also good. However, the breakfast setup could be improved, as several items were either covered or placed in a way that made access inconvenient. For example, cheese kept in the refrigerator was covered, olives and nuts were placed at an awkward height, and some jars had very tight lids. These factors made it unnecessarily difficult for guests to serve themselves.
The charge for accommodating three people in a single room was equivalent to the cost of two separate rooms. A more appropriate approach would have been to provide two rooms, if a triple-occupancy room was unavailable, or alternatively to offer the single room at a significantly reduced rate.
we request a twin room when we found out it was next to the service elevator plus a swinging door we refused. the reception told us all twin rooms have the same location on each floor.thier were many construction sites around the hotel. felt unsafe to walk at night. souq waqef was 20 minutes away. tiny bathroom and the sink was hard use.
