Unforgettable Hospitality and a True "Home" Feeling
Pros:

Incredible staff and a very secure environment. I had to extend my stay to 14 days due to the regional crisis (USA-Iran), and the hotel felt like a sanctuary. They were extremely accommodating with my bicycle and bike box storage.
Special thanks to Roumisa, Pauline, and Hasan at the front desk for their support. Rasan and Denis from security were great. I am especially grateful to Rayendra Thapa from engineering for his technical help with my PlayStation setup in the room, and to Eranga at the restaurant for the great service. Exceptional human touch in a corporate world!
