Nothing. You screwed up the reservations and we cancelled the trip.
Your service cost us probably a last visit with family. You sent us a confirmation and reminders of the stay but they never made the reservation at the Hampton Inn.
The hotel was spotless, looked brand new. Front desk staff were kind and professional. Room was immaculate, well thought out, and again, appeared brand new. Temperature adjusted quickly, no noise from other rooms. Perfect.
Nothing. Couldn't have been better.
My only concern was the $75 charge to check in early. I flew in from ATL for my aunt's funeral and to be shocked by a $75 charge just to check in early so I could reset before services was a huge disappointment. I was also disenchanted with the noise on my floor and the floor below me. There was a group of what sounded like kids running around, screaming and talking extremely loud. Consequently, I had to call the front desk to address the issues. Fortunately, they noted they were fully aware of the situation and had already spoken to them about the noise level.
The pillows were entirely too soft.
Close to airport. Close to highway. Nice breakfast & coffee, fridge, microwave in room. Plenty of towels

The breakfast was yummy. The bathroom was huge!
My toilet ran nonstop for 30mins so it took forever before you could flush it again.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean room in a great location. Very friendly and helpful staff.
These are minor complaints. There's computer printer without a desktop computer. Not everyone carries a laptop or tablet with them when they visit this hotel. People use hotel computers more than getting an airline boarding pass. The jets in the hot tub doesn't 'push' out enough force to make a 'dent'. Other than that. It's a great hotel.

It was a good value for the Hilton points used for the stay.
The room was very clean and had standard Hampton Inn amenities. The air conditioning worked well and the shower had good water pressure. The wifi was free and worked well. The bedding felt a little cheap/synthetic, but was on the brand standard for Hampton Inns.
Parking was easy and complimentary.
I appreciated that there was coffee and tea available 24/7, including decaf, and that it was kept hot.
The staff member was professional and courteous.
There's not a lot in the surrounding area, but it was convenient for the airport--a gas station is nearby, which made it easy to fill-up before returning our rental car. The rental car return was about a five-minute drive from the hotel.
I would not hesitate to stay here again.
It was clean friendly, and I felt safe once I was in my room.
The lobby area when I came in, smelled heavily of marijuana. It was the people in the lobby, obviously. I went straight to my room and didn’t want to linger down there. This is out of your control I understand, but it did affect my view of the stay.
