Had a pretty good experience here, would stay again!
Pros:

Staff was great, shuttle service was AWESOME. Super quick and frequent, we got to the airport very fast! The pack and play was SUPER useful, and we really appreciated it being available!

Cons:

Rooms were a little musty and felt dirty. Towels were also rough and not very absorbent.

The room was clean.

Cons:

Took an hour to check in, had my confirmation number with me, and proof of payment and staff stated that I wasn't in the system. Made me call an ai phone line and then they made phone calls. It was terrible.
