Great.
Pros:

The location and the front desk availability and help, absolutely amazing.

Also the available snack bar and utilities that the hotel offer was great.

Cons:

Nothing really ..
if I have to knit pick then maybe a bit more collection of tea and coffee in the rooms.

L'hotel è bello. La nostra camera (quella con terrazza al 5 piano) era grande e aveva una ampia terrazza . Molto bella e confortevole .
Il bagno invece era molto piccolo...

Cons:

Il servizio camera così così: gli oggetti , vestiti etc. e le cose da noi lasciati non venivano messi in ordine o spostati( forse è la politica della' hotel); c'eraa disposizione solo un paio di ciabatte e 1 solo accappatoio piccolo, (eravamo in 2!). Il caffè della macchinetta solo cialde di decaffeinato e senza tazze adeguate ( troppo alte) . Questi sono dettagli che si notano in una struttura come questa! Inoltre, ma non voglio accusare nessuno! non ho più trovato in camera (531) l'ultimo giorno 2 piccoli anellini NON DI ORO E ASSOLUTAMENTE NON DI VALORE , sottili . Non li ho più trovati in camera. Mi è dispiaciuto, ma pazienza .

Pros:

We had a solid experience and would give it 9/10. The hotel is well-maintained and the rooms are comfortable. The location and the staff performance were the highlights for us. There is just a small room for improvement regarding balcony cleaning.

Nära till allt vad budapest har att erbjuda. Stora rum
Gillar att det är fönster från golv till tak. Sköna sängar och olika kuddar att välja på. Personal väldigt trevligt och tillmötesgående så ett stort + från sist jag bodde på hotellet. Väldigt trevligt bar och tillmötesgående Personal. Stort badrum som var rent och fint

Cons:

I min smak skulle frukost/restaurang delen uppdatera interiören som nu känns lite för 90 tal och lite tråkig för ett så annars fint hotell.
