Review Highlights

Pros:
Great location (close to Atomium, stadium, tram routes)
Friendly/helpful staff (notably an excellent morning receptionist)
Decent breakfast
Comfortable beds and, in some rooms, large/clean bathrooms
Reliable WiFi
Cons:
No air conditioning (only fans), uncomfortable in hot weather

Inconsistent cleanliness; reports of poor cleaning and misleading photos
Small/dated lift and narrow stairs
Price/value concerns (especially during events)
Occasional reception communication issues

Categories

Cleanliness
5.5
Mixed reports: some guests praise very clean rooms, while at least one review complains about poor cleanliness and visible calcium/residue—overall below average cleanliness consistency.
Service
7.8
Generally positive: multiple guests mention helpful, friendly reception staff (one outstanding morning receptionist), though there are isolated comments about communication problems at reception.
Location
8.3
Strong point: repeatedly noted as very convenient (close to Atomium, stadium, tram and good for concerts). Some guests feel the neighbourhood can feel unsafe, and tram noise is a trade-off.
Room Quality
6
Mixed: several guests found rooms spacious with good beds and a large bathroom, but others report dated rooms, misleading photos, lack of air conditioning and street/tram noise when windows are open.
Amenities
6.5
Average: WiFi works well and there is an elevator (small), and rooms have fans, but lack of air conditioning and small/old lift are notable negatives.
Value for Money
5.3
Several guests feel price is high, especially during events (concerts) and not always in proportion to quality; some chose the hotel only for location despite better options at the same price.
Food and Beverage
7.5
Limited mentions but generally positive: breakfast described as decent by at least one guest.
Overall Experience
6.7
Overall mixed experience reflecting strengths in location and helpful staff but weaknesses in value, inconsistent cleanliness and lack of air conditioning; aligns with target overall rating.

Posizione ottima per il Brugman Hospital
Pros:
