Pretty good. Could be better with a little more attention to detail
Pros:

Location, well appointed, nice design

Cons:

Bedding was mid level. Mattress bumpy. Wifi didn’t work in the room. Needs outlets for charging devices. Maids don’t put soap in water closet, though there’s no tray for it.

excelente opción
Pros:

Excelente cama y distribución de la habitación, el desayuno es muy completo y hay diferentes opciones de comida y bebidas, cuenta con un gimnasio decente con agua de garrafon

Cons:

I honestly didn’t like that. I don’t think the housekeepers are cleaning the rooms properly. The building is a bit old me and my family member did they have allergies in the indoor pool which wasn’t comfortable because it kind of made us a little sick. It just kind of gift that the place needs to be deeply sanitary. Besides just wipe down and cleaning overall I think the place the hotel is decent.

You had to pay for parking as soon as you come out of your room in the hallway is really hot no AC running the room, smell stale and had a smell to it I had a suite with two queen size beds. There were no plugs on the right side of the bed not even a lamp. It’s only one lamp for two beds and all the plugs are on the left side of the room where the couch is that was very inconvenient. when I first booked the room, I called the hotel reservations. They told me it was $35 a day to park plus tax by the time she gave me the total for the room it was almost $500 after I booked the room, something told me to go on Booking.com. I went to the website for the same hotel they charge $10 a day and for the same days it was maybe $370. I don’t understand why the price was so expensive when you call the hotel, so I went back in and canceled directly to the hotel and I booked it on Booking.com, but I will not stay at this hotel again

The sofa & ottoman was old & worn. The light in the lavatory strobed when turned on: manager said she would send up someone to fix it but they never came.
