It is a nice hotel but the services that should be provided were not.

Cons:

We asked to have our room clean two times. The first day the front desk staff assured us it would be cleaned, when we arrived both afternoons the room was not clean. Trashes not taken out. We asked to have trashes changed at the very least and that didn’t happen either. The same on the next day despite specifically asking again to have our room cleaned.

Won’t stay here again
Cons:

Stayed here for two night while in town for a dance competition. Had switch room at about 10pm because the ac was not working. Switched to new room and door handle from the bathroom broke off. Had another family bar to switch rooms twice cause of blood on the sheets and mushrooms growing out of the carpet. Staff was rude most of the time.

Perfect!
Pros:

The staff was amazing! We celebrated my daughter's 5th birthday here and she had a BLAST! They even welcomed her with a hand-written birthday card, and gave her a special cake. Truly so kind of them!

Cons:

The only thing, is that the bathtub was not clean. However, they offered to switch rooms immediately, or have staff come clean again.

Staff was not helpful at all, the room was disgusting, and they were not prepared even though I booked the room a month in advance. Housekeeping was rude.
