Pros:

Overall its a nice hotel and the Hot springs are lovely

Cons:

I didnt like that all restaurants were fully booked days before, so the only option was a cafe so we had to eat from outside after a long drive. Not sure how 3 restaurants can be fully booked for dinner but thats not very convenient as the hotel should be able to provide space to eat for all guests. Abit odd

良かったです
Pros:

朝食はブュッフェでしたが種類が多く見てるだけでも楽しめた。高山特産の食べ物も多くあり良かった。会場に行った時たくさんの人が待っていて食べるのが遅くなるかと思ったが宴会場を開放してブュッフェ会場にするなど対応してくれたのでそれほど待たずに食事ができた。
大浴場も広くて露天風呂からは外の景色がよく見れた。
スタッフさんの対応がとても良かった。歩いていると声かけをしてくれたり質問にも丁寧に答えてくれた。

Cons:

部屋の温度が少し暑かった。全館一括設定のためだが自分の部屋で調節できるようになればいいと思った。（フロントに言えば調節してもらえるみたいだったけど）

部屋が上の階だと景色がたのしめたのかなぁと感じて。
朝食会場が披露宴会場で料理は同じでもイメージ写真と違ってしまったところ。

Pros:

The place looked clean and the room tidy.

Cons:

The hotel it's too far away from everything with no close
places to buy something to eat if you arrive late and the hotel kitchen it's closed,
specially if it's been snowing and the roads are unsafe to walk and with poor illumination.
