宿泊者が利用できるラウンジのアルコール類を飲める営業時間が19時までと短く、18時半過ぎにチェックインしたため利用できなくて残念だった。

Pros:

部屋をアップグレードしてもらえて非日常的な広い部屋で過ごすことができました。

Cons:

19時までラウンジでウエルカムドリンクでシャンパンなどを提供してます、という案内があったが、十分なグラスがなく、コーヒーカップで飲んだのは興醒めでした。サービス、だからこそ顧客満足をしっかり提供してもらえたら良かった。不十分なサービスなら提供しない方がいいのでは？

Petit-déjeuner magnifique dans un très bel hôtel !
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé. Le petit déjeuner est magnifique !!!! L’un des meilleurs que j’ai eu en hôtel 😍. L’hôtel offre aussi un thé et une collation à partir de 19h. A proximité immédiate de la gare de Shizuoka avec pleins de super restaurants à côté !
