Not 5* by any stretch of the imagination
Pros:

The lounge access and the restaurants for dinner.
Location.
Breakfast choice wasn't great but ok.

Cons:

This is not a 5* hotel by any stretch of the imagination. The reception area and restaurants for dinner may be plush but as soon as you get to your room it is 3* at best.
The bedding smelt of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room. The blind broke.
The room was tiny compared to the 4* I stayed at in Tokyo and Kyoto. It was worse than any Travelodge I've stayed
Very disappointed overall.

3. 15시20분 체크인 하는데 방2개를 같은층으로 쓸려면 1시간 이후 체크인 해야 된다고 함
지금 체크인 후 1시간 후에 오겠다고 하니 그것도 안된다고 함. 쏘리 만 외침

Despite booking a non-smoking room, it still smelled very smoky for the duration of my stay. The bed spread, lamp, and carpets were all visibly stained.

突然泊まったのに思いの外快適に過ごせて疲れが癒えた。

とても快適なお部屋で過ごせました。
ご配慮ありがとうございました。
着いた時に緑茶利根茶をサービスしてくださいましたが、
もう少しアピールしてくださらないと試飲せずに部屋に行くところでした。
