接客と朝食は良いですが部屋は期待しない方が良いです
Pros:

朝食が美味しかった事とホテルスタッフの方の接客がとても良かったです

Cons:

オーシャンビューと書いてある部屋を予約したのですが窓を開けると目の前は向かい側の建物の窓や看板で景色なんて何一つ見えませんでした、楽しみにしていたのにがっかりしました、また洗面台は前の方の髪の毛が落ちていてそちらも悲しかったです。

Very enjoyable stopover location
Pros:

Fabulous easy access location right next to the JR train station and buses made it perfect place to spend a couple of nights before returning to Narita airport. Room was small & comfortable, clean and the TV had an English language channel (current affairs). Easy walking to tea district, Shogun castle and gardens, and pedestrian shopping zone. Complimentary afternoon tea and evening champagne in the guest lounge by the lobby was a welcome bonus.
