Fantastic staff, shame about the view.
Pros:

The staff were brilliant.

Cons:

We had booked a 3 night stay in a deluxe room with balcony with city or garden view. However, on arrival, we found that the view from our balcony was a metal wall screening off a building site a couple of feet away from the balcony. After voicing our concerns,, we were moved to a non balcony room for one night. The following day we were told we were being moved to an upgraded room in their sister hotel, the 5 star Memoir Palace Resort and Spa, which was absolutely brilliant. In summary, there was nothing wrong with the Memoire d' Angkor hotel apart from the view from our room due to the building work opposite the room we had booked. The hotel staff were brilliant in resolving our issue.

Sa localisation, son service nettoyage de linges, la piscine, le petit déjeuner, l’amabilité du personnel, la chambre, le massage khmer d’une heure offert

Cons:

J’ai réservé via booking et quelques semaines après mes informations de réservation avaient été communiquées à des personnes qui ont essayé de faire du hameconnage en me faisant croire que ma réservation allait être annulée si je ne communiquais pas mes données bancaires. C’est la première fois que je fais face à un tel scénario ce qui me fait penser que mes données ont fuité de l’hôtel.

Pros:

We loved our stay here! The room was comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing. I was able to make use of the gym as well. Breakfast was very good. The staff was incredibly polite and friendly. One of our favorite accommodations in Cambodia.

Pros:

Clean, friendly staff, large rooms, nice pool and landscaping, right next door to grocery store, restaurants and pharmacy. Easy to get a taxi or tuk, tuk to temples.

Cons:

Pros:

The staff was really nice and welcoming. The location is not far from the center but far enough to be quiet. They gave us a room with pool view. Right next to the hotel there is a big supermarket. Rented a scooter and explored the temples. Overall a fun experience.

Cons:

Killed about 10-12 cockroaches during our 4 night stay. One even in my bed while I was falling asleep.

Un petit déjeuner complet, un personnel très attentionné, je suis arrivé plus tôt que prévu et on m'a permis d'avoir la chambre plus tôt que prévu.

Cons:

De l'eau chaude... qui ne l'était pas. Malgré mes demandes, ça n'a pas été traité.
Un équipement un peu "vieillissant"

Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, tout se fait à pied. Le personnel est gentil et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment exceptionnel, on a mangé comme des rois tous les matins 😍

Cons:

La chambre était mal nettoyée. A notre arrivée le frigo était sale et la poubelle pas sortie. Impossible de prendre un bain il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude le soir. On sent que l’hôtel n’est plus tout jeune.

Frokosten var fantastisk bra! De ansatte er så vennlige og yter høy service. Fint hotell med god beliggenhet. Flott med et ganske stort svømmebasseng for oss som reiste med små barn.

Great place to stay at in Siem Reap.
Pros:

My room was really great and I loved the balcony. The gym is small but adequate and the pool is amazing. The breakfast has many options and is tasty, there is a fresh noodle soup option, an omelet station and even a vegan station. The room was very clean and comfy. Location is fantastic, close to banks, shops, pub street, the palace.

Cons:

My friend were not completely satisfied with their room. The ac was quite loud and they found some bugs. They changed rooms. Also my friend had an issue with her breakfast box, but my vegetarian box was completely fine, so i think it was a misunderstanding. The manager was super nice and really tried to make sure we loved our stay. She offered us a massage which was really nice.

It was a great first hotel whist we travelled to Cambodia and the staff were fantastic.
Pros:

Great location - short walk to pub street and the river area
Friendly and welcoming staff that made every effort to make our stay memorable
Lovely pool area that was relaxing after hot days out exploring Angkor Wat
Comfortable bed
Great breakfast with a good choice

Cons:

No safe in the room. We are well travelled and I haven’t ever been in a hotel room where there hasn’t been a safe. This should be a priority to get changed
No mirrors in the bedroom
Housekeeping were not very good at replenishing the amenities and towels when they cleaned and we had to ask every day at reception for the things they forgot.
