The room was spacious and clean. The location is great- close to many of the train stations and in the city. The staff was excellent. Rajaa checked me in and kindly changed my room to a quieter one when I asked. She was professional and genuinely welcoming.
The reason why I gave 4 stars is because my rooms was in need of updating.
I like the fact that you've got the facilities of an apartment and the extra space
The lift was out of order and the step up to the sleeping area.
The property itself is ok apart from the fact there’s no working lift and the tiles are cracked and lifting up in the bathroom
Staff, rubbish left in bin on my arrival, only one towel, lift doesn’t work and a dangerous floor in bathroom
Nothing
No operable lift. We were on the 5th floor! Stairs were rambling and filthy.
We were first checked into a room which hadn't been serviced. Dirty bedding, towels, bins, floors etc. Had to move rooms. Not great management by Roomzzz.
Our eventual room probably was lovely many years ago, but everything was dilapidated and broken... chunks missing out of the washbasin, most bathroom floor tiles badly broken, lights in kitchenette not working, kitchen cupboard doors hanging off, broken shelves in a dirty fridge, lots of dust and dirt on ledges and blinds, etc, etc.
Awful old pillows.
I love the rooms here, they’re spacious, and really well equipped!
Good price and very comfortable.
Thank you so much to the lady on reception who helped me when I cut my finger- really kind and much appreciated
Excellent staff, very helpful during the stay. The lift has been out of order for a rather long time but the team helped by using the service lift. The rooms are otherwise great, with small kitchen facilities that are handy for week-long stays. Gold star to Rajaa for sorting out the cleaning arrangements and breakfast as well.
Great location for walking to canal st/theatre area.
Fantastic, well equipped room. Very spacious and decent bed. Friendly staff & complimentary coffee/pastries in the morning were a bonus
Lift out of order & on the 5th floor
Room was better than I expected. Hotel employees are very friendly and helpful
Great location and lovely room! The main lift was out of order while we were there, so we could access the staff lift. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, even with sofa bed pulled out. Great to have a little kitchenette a big bathroom.
Only got one key card for 3 adults. But I could have asked for another if we were staying longer, so don’t blame staff for that.
We like it here as it's in a brilliant location and everywhere is just a short walk away. The studio apartment was warm and clean, the bed comfortable and the shower hot. We also enjoyed the free coffee and warm croissant every morning by the reception, but most of all we appreciated the friendly welcome by the reception staff who were real gems. Thank you guys, hopefully well see you again soon.
Everything great.

we are returning customers.
Lovely stay and I had a really good night's sleep that I needed. Staff were very helpful and made me feel at home.
Having previously stayed in Roomzzz Victoria we said we would try this location. Unfortunately it was not as good. I had emailed ahead to say we would be checking in late as we had a late flight. We were a family group of 3 adults and one child. We had booked a family grande suite. When we arrived our room was ready but unfortunately the lift was not, the lift was broken and remained broken for the two nights we stayed. The lovely ladies on reception brought us and our luggage up to our 4th floor room in the service lift. A lovely start. When we got to our room the bed was made but the foldout sofa bed was not , I would have looked past this except there was no spare bedding anywhere in the room not even a pillow. I tried to call reception but the phone connection was hanging out of the wall and wouldn’t work. So We walked the four flights of stairs back to reception and asked for bedding only to be questioned about how many people we had booked for. I had booked and paid for 3 adults and 1 child. She confirmed this on the system and went looking for some bedding. She handed me the bedding over the counter and almost huffed when I asked if I could use the staff lift to bring it upstairs. It was nearly 11pm by the time I had managed to dress the child’s bed. The next morning we went down about 8.30 for the grab and go breakfast there was no pastries left but as we were making our coffee the man working there refreshed the basket with four croissants. There were 7 people getting coffee. The hotel itself seemed clean apart from a broken Pringle that remained on the floor in the stairwell for our entire trip but to be fair it someone had gone to the effort of putting a wet floor sign beside it. That evening when my nice was having a bath the tap did fall off the wall. Also it wasn’t really an issue for us but the tv only had one working channel from what we could tell. It was a nice hotel in a good location but possibly a little tired. I would stay again for the right price but it would not be top of my list for Manchester.
