Warmly received and given a great goodbye to come back again.
Pros:

The location was central to where we needed to be. The room was a treat, a home away from home. The staff were all welcoming and polite and also helpful. Shoutout to Rajea being the first to welcome us and seeing us through to our last goodbye at Roomzzz. Hopefully we return again. Also, thank you so much for making the room and the stay extra special for my husband’s 40th birthday.

Cons:

The stairs; the elevator was broken so we had to walk the maze to and from the 3rd floor several times.

I liked everything about it,brilliant location very near tram stops and places to eat ,staff were very helpful,cheery and pleasant.The room was lovely,very clean and comfortable,really enjoyed my stay woukd deffinitely recommend and book another stay here

Pros:

Good location and big room.

Cons:

Cleaning could be better some area's not particularly clean below beds etc.

Some area's of hotel run down taps falling off cabinets bashed and dented.
