Despite a lot of rain during my visit, the stay at this hotel was pleasant.
Pros:

Staff were great. Food was very good. Location was central for walking and looking about.

Cons:

The cover of the bed frame was torn and looking as if it needed replacing.

Super Stadthotel mit einer tollen Dachterrasse und einem grandiosen Personal !!!!!

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage - direkt im Zentrum - und einer grandiosen Dachterrasse- einfach perfekt.
Das Frühstück (im 7 Stock mit herrlichem Blick über die ganze Stadt) ist sehr gut und hat gepasst.
Ganz besonders war das Service im gesamten Hotel.
Beginnend in der Rezeption, beim Frühstück, am Abend in der Bar - es war einfach grandios!!!!!!!
Wir haben ja auch Silvester im Hotel verbracht - eine tolle Stimmung und wieder eine beeindruckende Begeisterung und Betreuung vom gesamten Personal - das war mehr als perfekt - das war einfach grandios!!!!!!!!

Cons:

Zwei kleine Anmerkungen - wir gehen hier aber natürlich schon von einem hohen Level aus - sorry!!!!
- Der Kasten - Schrank - könnte größer sein - wir waren doch 7 Tage im Hotel und hatten somit mehrere Kleidungstücke die
wir unterbringen mussten.
- Das Silvestermenü war vollkommen OK, wenn es mehr Eleganz und Raffinesse gehabt hätte wäre die Begeisterung noch
größer gewesen.

Tolles Hotel mit ausserordentlichem Service
Pros:

Als Alleinreisende haben ich mich sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Zimmer (Free Upgrade) war gemütlich, sauber und großzügig gestaltet. Das Frühstück war gut sortiert, sehr lecker und qualitativ hochwertig. In der Bar wurde ich kompetent beraten und mein Besuch war auch als Alleinreisende sehr gemütlich. Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

위치 정말 편리하고 투어 가시는 분들 특히 위치 너무 좋습니다. 저희는 조식 신청안했는데 안해도 위에 올라가서 전망 볼수있어요. 커피,물 매일 채워주고 객실 전망 좋아요. 청소도 정말 자주 해줍니다. 그리고 벨렘까지 가는 무료 10시 셔틀있어서 그쪽 관광가기에 좋아요. 음료 쿠폰도 줘서 저희는 칵테일 마셨습니다.
침구도 좋은 소재의 면을 사용해서 정말 편안했습니다.

Very comfortable staff excellent especially Claudia on reception she was so helpful throughout our stay.
Pros:

It was very central. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Would have loved to try rooftop bar but weather was against us. Would stay again if size of room and price was in our budget.

Cons:

Room was a bit tight thankfully we were given an upgrade to room with balcony would have struggled to stay in classic room we had booked. Could have done with somewhere to hand coats. Would stay again but the price and size of room would be something I would be looking at.

Excelente em todos os sentidos.
Pros:

Fomos atendidos pelo Rui, super gentil. Recebemos um upgrade para quarto com varanda, excelente. Localização ótima, de um lado Av.Liberdade e do outro a parte mais antiga indo para o Chiado. Fizemos tudo a pé. Outro ponto alto - a vista do bar, no rooftop do hotel, fantástica.
