Everything! Location is perfect, quality of the hotel outstanding, having a pillow menu just simply was surreal! Rooftop terrace was very inviting , lovely setting to enjoy a lovely drink!
With a three side wraparound balcony furnished for sitting in three different areas, the Grandview suite really does have a grand view. Views over the square, the castle and the river in the distance do justice to the exceptionally high levels of service from a very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Breakfast was to a high standard and, thanks to the weather, was taken outside on the terrace.
A nice feature is the fact that the rooftop Gastro bar is open for residents only on Mondays and Tuesdays, which means that you have access to one of the prime rooftop bars in Lisbon , without having to compete with everybody else. Most enjoyable.
Overall, the location, style and in particular the staff make this a place I would certainly return to if ever in Lisbon again.
Everything was perfect. The breakfast had plenty of options, and both the room and bathroom were very clean. Upon arrival, we received a free room upgrade without even asking for it.

Don’t miss the 7th floor restaurant or the gorgeous 8th floor terrace in the afternoon or at sunset. Unmatched river and city views. Simply stunning. I wish we had stayed here every night of our trips to Lisbon. Book room 508 if you can. It faces the square. Love, love, love.

Rooms are a bit small and narrow
Alles, bei Ankunft wurde sofort mit dem Gepäck geholfen und das Auto vom Personal in die Garage gefahren. Das Zimmer wurde persönlich erklärt. Es gab einen Gutschein für die sagenhafte Rooftop Bar.Alle super freundlich.Bin viel unterwegs, aber das war aussergewöhnlich!
