Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Perfekt die Lage, sehr freundliches und überaus bemühtes Personal . Das Zimmer super schön ausgestattet und sauber, ein Blick von den vier Balkonen jeder Seite unsere Suite ,für sich ein Genuss .Ein besonders liebevoll geführtes Hotel .

emplacment central donnant accès aux principaux quartiers à pied, ce qui nous permettait de nous déplacer sans taxi. La chambre avait une jolie vue sur la ville et la terrase de l'hotel vaut le détour.

Excellent hotel in a very central location.
Pros:

From check in to departure we continued to be impressed by both the high standards and the professionalism of the staff. Although we only ate breakfast in the hotel the restaurant was always busy and room service is available 24/7.

צוות מעולה, אבל לא תואם דירוג 5 כוכבים!

המלון במיקום מצויין. (סמוך לכיכר גדולה, מלא חנויות, דוכנים, צמוד תחנת רכבת מרכזית), ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד, עשירה ובעיקר צוות שירותי ומסביר פנים!! גם צוות הקבלה מקסים, ועוזר בכל פניה (בעיקר אחת הבנות שליוותה אותנו על השהות ולצערי אני לא זוכרת את שמה) יש בחדר חלוקים, נעלי בית ומכונת קפה.
נמצא על כביש מרכזי, אבל החלונות, כשסגורים, מבודדים טוב.

המלון בשום צורה לא תואם ברמתו לחמישה כוכבים!

החדר היה די חשוך. היה צריך להדליק את כל האורות בחדר, כולל מנורות קריאה ומנורת שולחן, כדי שיהיה נעים.
לעומת זאת, בחדר הרחצה לא היתה תאורת לילה, רק אור מאוד חזק. השארנו את מראת האיפור הקטנה על הקיר דולקת, לשימוש בלילה.
אין בחדר רחצה חלון או וונטה, ואחרי שמישהו הולך לשירותים, הריח נשאר הרבה זמן.. לא נעים בכלל.
הדוש הידני במקלחת היה קטן וסדוק בשני מקומות והשפריץ לצדדים.
הטלוויזיה לא חכמה, ולכן אי אפשר להתחבר לנטפליקס או יוטיוב, מה שדי מייתר אותה.
היה רק שקע אחד, בצד אחד של המיטה (!) בצד השני לא. מי עושה שקע רק בצד אחד של המיטה?? היית צריך לבחור בין מנורת הקריאה לטעינת הטלפון. ביקשנו מפצל, אבל לא היה להם.
האוכל בשירות החדרים היה עלוב. ממש לא תואם רמת 5⭐️ המנות שהגיעו היו ברמה מאוד נמוכה (הפיצה היתה שרופה, הקלאב סנדוויצ׳ היה עשוי רע) אכלנו כי היינו רעבות אבל זה לא היה טעים והרגיש מזלזל.
המסעדה על הגג, שקיבלה ביקורות מצויינות, אולי כיפית בקיץ, כי הנוף מאוד יפה. אנחנו התארחנו בפברואר, ומקומות הישיבה היו מעטים מאוד (אולי רבע מגודל המסעדה) אפשרו לשבת בחוץ, אבל לא היה חימום והיה מאוד קר. תפריט לא גדול עם אוכל מקומי למעט המבורגר שהיה טוב. מקום שיותר מתאים לדרינק מאשר ממש ארוחה..והשירות לא מסביר פנים

This hotel is excellent in every way and we would stay here again without hesitation.
Pros:

All the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and wonderful. Marcus, who worked the 15:00-24:00 shift, was exceptional. He KNOWS his craft and has an extremely natural way of expressing care, service, and gratitude. He made our stay special whether it was assisting us with parking or offering wonderful (and highly appreciated) recommendations for Lisbon area.

Cons:

On a side note, clearer communication about arrival in car in terms of where/how to drop off luggage and where to park would be helpful.
