Great stay. Everything is close by.
Würde ich wieder buchen
Siisti paikka. Liian sivussa kaikesta, ei muutakuin 7/11 kauppa ja yksi baari lähellä. Voisi sanoa että kuollut paikka Jomtiehen verrattuna. Hyvin kuitenkin nukuttu.
Lot of experience in hotel of experience in the all good
Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in einem sauberen und guten Zustand. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.
I stayed here only for night, and booked 4 rooms for my family, they upegraded my room into deluxe.
I really love this hotel, the room was spacious, clean, have a bath tub and separate shower area, full amenities...the price also cheap with those kinds of facilities.
Breakfast so delicious with various menu (western), wifi speed good signals.
Although the location quiet far from the main beach area (from HRC it took around 15min), but for me is ok because I was rent minibus
sucks service mind
do not recommended
The room is of good size and fairly practical.
The airconditioning is preset and central controlled.
When switching on the temperature was set at 18 degrees and the fan on hurricane force. The room was freezing cold.
Reception reluctantly sent a technician who set the temperature a couple of degrees higher but he was unable to reduce the fan speed. As a result uncomfortable temperature and terrible noise.
Although booked for 2 persons we could only get one keycard.
Very welcome and efficient reception. Room was trendy and a nice size. Bed was really comfortable. Cable TV Limited. Breakfast was good but not really catering for westerners. WiFi was great. No information in English about things to do in the area - all in Russian???? Surprisingly no information at all about the hotel and its facilities. Still not sure I went to the correct private beach or whether I could use the facilities in the sister hotels. Bit out of the way and not much going on in the area, which is one reason why guests need lots more information (in English and Japanese) about what's going on at the hotel, in the vicinity and further afield. Still enjoyed the stay though.
The rooms we booked was nothing close to what they gave us. The staff attitude doesn't help the matter. It says 1 king bed or 1 king bed and 1 single bed which means you can choose from the option but we got there and the rooms we booked are already sold out. I give you my token, don't book or when you do make sure get exactly what you saw and paid for on the booking site. It's so frustrating.
We ate in their outside restaurant, it was very loud outside, noise coming from idiots in the opposite bar.
190 baht for 2 chicken legs fried, small chips and two waters.
The quality and size were just about ok,but they covered the food in so much salt it burnt my mouth, and got under my nails etc.
The room was big, clean and comfortable. The only complaint was that the water pressure for the shower was too weak.
The room was ok, but the WiFi at 4th floor where we stayed was the worst I have experienced in a hotel.
And it had to be renewed almost every time you go to the phone after it has been off for a bit. Very 2000-and-late.
Other than that it was nice and clean.
Its a amazing place. Its a really beautiful place to stay. Service and food was yumm. I was go by my office tour so indian food also available at that time. View from the hotel is outstanding. Take last building of the hotel. And take Seafront room that is awesome. Very pleasant place to stay. Enjoyed a lot my stay
Very nice hotel situated along Chonburi area of Pattaya City in Thailand. It location is on the quieter side of the city far from the hub hub and nightlife of Pattaya and ideal for a family stay. It's a newly built property and some of the rooms are sea facing and are equipped with all the basic aminities.
TSix5 Hotel has its own SPA, well equipped Gym and Swimming pool. It's Analogue Restaurant had a good buffet spread and during our visit, Indian Vegetarian Cuisine was also there.
Front desk can improve on their English comprehension for sure.
Found the property easily enough. There are 3 x Tsix5 hotels within a few hundred metres, so good to check which property you're staying at.
Free carkparking was a pleasant surprise. Lack of English at check-in was trying, thankfully I was travelling with a Thai friend. We had to pay a 200 THB deposit for a second room key, which I thought was petty given that there were two of us in the room.
The room was spacious and tidy. I can't fault that. There is a pool out the front of the property we were in, but due to the language barrier, we weren't told of the much better pool at the other property we could also have used.
Breakfast was average. Fine, but average.
Be warned, there is a serious lack of good dining options around this hotel. We ate at their Japanese restaurant on the second night and it was all a bit hard. We had to ask for serviettes and a second set of chopsticks, unless they expected us to share... The meal was overpriced and quite poor. The real kicker was trying to get the bill charged to the room. That was a fiasco. They don't appear to have an integrated system so they were calling the three hotels to find out which one to send the bill to. Really frustrating process and slow. Especially given the aforementioned lack of any second language skills.
Check out on Sunday morning was the worst. Three trainees at the desk. Again, no English among them. One seem to be paralysed because they couldn't get their credit card machine to work. Three cards from two countries were tried and they couldn't get it to work. In the end my friend paid my bill, while unknown to me, one of the trainees had wandered off with my thai visa debit card and managed to get it to work in the restaurant terminal. This all took about 15-20 minutes and was just so frustrating.
I'm not even going to mention the trouble that a third friend had because there was no room available for him because he had booked through Expedia. Another guy at check in had the same problem with hotels.com
In summary:
- Book through their website to be sure you'll get a room.
- Don't charge anything to your room.
- The room will be adequate as it is tidy, well airconditioned and spacious.
- Have low expectations when it comes to service, particularly at the front desk.
- The housekeeping staff are pleasant, polite, fast and thorough.
- Three Japanese guests swam naked in the pool, which is directly in front of the reception desk in full sight of staff. Odd.
Read the name fast and it’s 365 you will say. It’s a fancy name for a hotel. There are two types of accommodation, one the luxurious and the other like the lower decks of Titanic which I stayed. But claustrophobic it is not, the room I had was spacious. Rooms this part of Pattaya are big for the price you pay. There are no walls separating the bathtub and bed, so soak in the full wrath of the air-conditioning, or shower in the tiny cubical of an enclosed bath. I had to do some work on me notebook. A large table built into the side of wall they have, but stand they expect you to do. So, I had to request for reception to bring me a chair from the restaurant below. Right next to the hotel, a very convenient 7-11. Opposite, a handful of local restaurants and cheap massage. Can tell that the hotel tried their best to inject the designer vibe into the room but feeling of rudimentary and plain was what’s felt. Nothing extravagant, a simple stay right for the price and proportion of room you pay.
The hotel is quite new, located in north Pattaya. The room was nice but people at the reception desk didn’t speak English unfortunately and gave me quite bad advice, they even found me a very expensive taxi to go to Pattaya beach. A good place to go if you are already familiar with Pattaya.
