Iconic hotel in the best location in Nerja, right on the Balcon de Europa. It has a beautiful secluded beach and we loved its El Nautico restaurant right on the beach.
The hotel staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful, the rooms have lovely sea views and balconies. We chose the 'side sea view" rooms which overlook both the sea and the main Balcon thoroughfare ... perfect for people-watching before going to bed. Excellent breakfast too.

Our room the aircon and shower leaked - it was repaired as soon as we mentioned it.

Lage! Frühstück
Fehlende Sauberkeit im Bereich Schwimmbad, völlig veraltetes Badezimmer, extreme Unfreundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption auf die Bitte um Austausch der Strand-Handtücher.
Insgesamt ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Die Mitarbeiter bedürfen dringend eine Schulung zur Verbesserung der Kunden-Kommunikation.

The location was excellent, the staff were so helpful and friendly couldn't fault any of them from reception to breakfast to the ladies who cleaned our room, breakfast was fab
The room was very dated for the price you pay, the beds were old fashioned and moved anytime to move in it, not big issues but would expect more for my money, wouldn't stop me recommending the hotel or staying again
