Would like to start with the reception staff. Claudia and Paula as well as their male colleagues were exceptional in answering all of our questions. For example, we asked for the room cleaning to be at a specific hour on one of the days and they accommodated that request with no issues.
The room view had a nice side view of the sea and a little pedestrian road leading to the beach. We could hear people talking at night as well as early morning workers preparing for the day.
The El Nautico restaurant was one of favorite spots at the hotel. First day paella was delicious. We went back the last night and had the seafood soup (for 2 people). The waitress was friendly and put a show during serving the hot soup!
The buffet beakfast at the Don Enrique restaurant with its panaromic views was a great addition to the experience.
The lobby area and the great view from the lobby and the bar was another plus.
The high level swimming pool area was overlooking coves and the Mediterranean Sea panaroma which added another level of satisfaction and a memorable delightful experience.
The parking part is a challenge since you have to go inside the underground municipal parking and come out of it in order to access the hotel 's parking which is not under the hotel neither.
For a 4 star hotel, pricing was much higher than other 5 star hotels in closer towns.

Love this hotel. It’s has the perfect location. Breakfast was plentiful. Staff were very helpful nothing was too much trouble for them. Our Junior Suite was comfortable and had the perfect sea view. Restaurants we recommend are Oliva and Origen in Plaza Espania.

Emplacement privilégié avec chambre ayant vue sur la plage. Nous avons adoré notre chambre. Les staffs et équipes de l’hôtel Balcon de Europa sont très sympathiques et vraiment aux petits soins.
Piscine vraiment très agréable, avec aussi un jacuzzi.
Grand buffet varié pour un petit-déjeuner réussi, avec une charmante dame qui nous préparait chaque matin de délicieuses pancakes à la demande.
Hôtel particulièrement bien situé pour des vacances de rêve à Nerja.
