Pros:

We had a bit of a noise issue with our room on the first night but Rita sorted it out very quickly for us she is a gem to have .
Hotel is very comfortable and location is excellent

One of the best locations in Nerja.
Pros:

The location, quality of the breakfast and choices.
The views from the bedroom and restaurant.
The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The towels were a bit cheap compared to other 4 star hotels.
Sun beds were in need of better mattresses, many were well used and dipped through the body weight of guests spending many hours lying on them.

Great location right on a small beach . Amazing view from our balcony. Generous breakfast with wide choice. Helpful staff

Cons:

Our junior suite was rather dark and the sitting area was to the back right by the door in the darkest area so not much use

Pros:

Sehr gutes kundenorientiertes Personal, leider sind die "Standard-Zimmer" zum Innenhof nicht schön, dunkel, ohne Aussicht, eigentlich unvermietbar, da auch noch die Wärmetauscher der Klimaanlage und Abluft Geräusche und Geruch fabrizieren. Das Hotel war nur gegen Zuzahlung zum Zimmetausch bereit. Die Lage ist TOP, das Restaurant sehr gut.

Lovely stay despite the water issue and the bed
Pros:

Location fantastic, friendly staff hotel was clean , good breakfast choices and outdoor cafe bar fantastic service and food.

Cons:

Water in our room wasn’t replaced which left us without a morning drink before breakfast opened at 7.30 , the twin beds were put together as a double however form a big divide over night.
