Pros:

Good sized rooms, friendly staff

Cons:

The facility’s was good, but felt a bit damp and everting was a bit worn. And there was to many signs and warnings about all mater of stuff.

Ideale uitvalbasis om Edinburgh te bezoeken
Pros:

De havermout bij het continentale ontbijt waren een pro! De mensen waren heel vriendelijk. Goede uitvalsbasis om de stad te ontdekken. De bushalte was vlak bij de deur en ook te voet is het doenbaar.

Cons:

De algemene kwaliteit in Schotland van accommodaties is doorgaans laag in verhouding met wat je krijgt. Dit hotel voldeed dan ook aan die verwachting.

Nice and comfortable hotel in good location
Pros:

Good location, easy walk or bus into Centre. Some great choices for food in this area. We had a family room and it was large and clean, exactly what we needed as we were out most of the time. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Cons:

Shower head needed tightening up so it stayed in position. Reported to staff so they could sort it.

Séjour agréable.
Pros:

Proximité du centre (nous sommes allés chaque jour à pieds jusqu'au centre historique, mais il y a des bus qui passent tout près et le tramway un peu plus loin. Personnel très serviable. Parking sur place (petit et premier venu, premier servi).

Cons:

Le lit dont le sommier perdait ses lattes (ils ont du venir chaque jour réparer/replacer celles-ci).

It was a really hot day and you could not have the window open .The towels were a bit worn and thin.
The room needs an update from the drab curtains and decor.

Schönes Hotel mit netten Personal in guter Lage

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage, Edinburgh Castle oder zur Bahnstation Haymarket gut zu Fuß möglich. Das Hotel ist sehr charmant eingerichtet. Nett auch das Wasser zur Begrüßung. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer zu viert, toll war die Zimmer Aufteilung mit 2 Betten abgetrennt. Alles war sauber. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Hotel wohnen und waren sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Die Betten waren für unser Gefühl zu weich. Bei einem der Einzelbetten waren Schrauben bei den Lattenrosten lose.
