quiet, clean and decent place to stay
Pros:

Quiet location, clean, aesthetic ambience, courteous staff

Cons:

Location far from metro, no public transport nearby, single room very small, no fridge in double and no kettle in single, noisy wooden doors and floors

Cons:

The rooms and the hotel itself are neat and clean, but they were renovated about twenty years ago. It seems to me that there have been no subsequent interventions to improve the rooms.
