Cannot understand why this place has a 3 star rating.

Nothing.
Was dire.

Cons:

It was freezing cold. Damp on the walls. Very dated decor. The curtains were hanging off the rail.
I didn’t even have a bedside cabinet.

Definitely will not stay again.
Pros:

Could not get breakfast because had to be booked the night. Nothing worth talking about.

Cons:

Room on 2nd floor no lift. Looked like it was old staff accommodation. A staircase access which might not get modern day planning permission.

Extremely uncomfortable bed. The sink in the bathroom was extremely small, understandable for a tight space, but it made for an uncomfortable use. Overall very tight layout.
