- bardzo serdeczna obsługa
- piękna recepcja
- bliskość metra, ogólnie bardzo dobra lokalizacja
- czysty pokój
- kosmetyki naprawdę ładnie pachną
- śniadanie europejskie w porządku, ale bez rewelacji
- podczas pobytu w lutym, w pokoju było bardzo ciepło

- trafił mi się mały pokój, między łóżkiem i biurkiem trudno było przejść
- podobnie łazienka, zastanawiałam się, czy tęższa osoba wygodnie skorzysta z toalety lub prysznica
- wilgoć wszechobecna w Portugalii zauważalna w okolicy kabiny prysznicowej
- kawa i herbata oraz ciasteczka nie były dokładane przez cały (dłuższy) pobyt. Było 6 herbat różnego rodzaju i dwie lub trzy rozpuszczalne kawy
