A localização do hotel é TOP. Apesar de estar um pouco "escondido" fica perto do metro e com muita restauração e comércio por perto. O atendimento foi muito simpático :)

Hotel was quiet . Located near the Metro giving easy access to Lisbon Centre. Staff were friendly. Room was small bed was very comfortable & had a wonderful shower. Lovely to have the facilities for tea & coffee. Great AirCon. Unfortunately our fridge didn’t work but we were given the option to keep necessary items within the kitchen in needed . Brekkie was lovely perfect for us . Everything was fresh & plenty of it . 😁

The hotel has a good localisation and it’s so easy to get to main sightseeing place of Lisbon. It has an amazing soundproof which is really hard to find in Lisbon. Despite it has only 2 stars, the service and the room by itself deserve 3 or 4 stars to be honest.
Be careful with mini-fridge. It didn’t work properly, my food was all warm instead of being at least cool. I said it in the reception, but I was informed that it’s the way how it works.
My cousin and I stayed at the Hotel Canada this past April and were pleased. So when my son and I spent a few days back in Lisboa two weeks ago, I made arrangements to stay at the Hotel Canada again. We had two rooms and it was nice to have a small balcony each. The rooms were cleaned daily, the two office staff men were extremely helpful and friendly. We also had a small batch of laundry done by the hotel and it was completed in two days and our clothes were neatly folded and smelled so fresh. The hotel is about 1 block from the Saldanha Metro entrance. Returning at the end of the day, we often took the wrong street exit from the Saldanha station which ended us up on the Praça Duque de Saldanha which is about 2 blocks away; but it does have quite a few restaurants and many busses going in both directions in this square. If you turn left out of the Hotel Canada and walk about 3 blocks, there is a wonderful little hamburger spot (Sinner Smash Burgers) which was very good. If you turn right from the hotel and then another right, there is a fabulous Italian restaurant within the block. Food was excellent. The breakfast at Hotel Canada was also very good. Just one other nice amenity ... there is a freshwater machine near the breakfast room. Great to fill up your water bottle. I will always stay at the Hotel Canada when in Lisboa. Very convenient.
