Uprzejma I miła obsługa. Lokalizacja idealna - blisko dworca, 15-20 min do centrum. Około hotelu są restauracji, kawiarni, sklepy. Pokój czysty. Polecam.

Nieprzyjemny zapach po wejściu do pokoju, standard był nie najlepszy ale w stosunku do ceny było w porządku.

Ocena pokoju i personelu dotyczy Hotelu Piast we Wrocławiu do którego zostaliśmy przekierowani z uwagi na niedopatrzenie, błąd systemu i przyjęcie rezerwacji mimo braku wolnych pokoi. Jako plus można przyjąć, że obsługa hotelu znalazła i zapewniła nam pobyt w hotelu Piast. Który znajduje się w pobliżu hotelu Polonia. Pokój który dostaliśmy posiadał chyba nawet lepszy standard od zarezerwowanego ale do Capilu było trzeba dojść ok. 400m a z Polonią jest ok.40
Musieliśmy udać się do innego hotelu na szczęście w pobliżu Hotelu Piast i Teatru Muzycznego Capitol

To był krótki pobyt, przyjechaliśmy do Wrocławia na koncert do Capitolu, hotel Polonia jest na przeciwko teatru. Pokój wyposażony we wszystkie udogodnienia, których można się było spodziewać w rezerwacji na jedną noc. Dodam, że kolacja w restauracji Galicja była przepyszna:)
