good hotel near the station
Pros:

Excellent location, good breakfast. Shower of good size

Cons:

Very old rooms. Moquette in the room, very smelly bathroom (strong humidity even if we were at floor 4). Very small beds and with a bad mattress (you feel the big springs below you head)

Pros:

Ontbijt was prima, kamer verouderd. Zeer warm en lawaaierig. Goede ligging. Zeer duur voor wat het was (wellicht door Rock Werchter even de prijzen goed opgetrokken)?

Staff was good.

Cons:

Cleanness, quality of facilities, it's looks like a old poorly repaired house.
Tiny bathroom less than a 0.75 m2.

All night strong water bubble brust sound like cracker in bathroom/toilet, after each lower user flushing.
Horrible experience in any hotel till now used.

Good thing was breakfast that area maintained very nicely by its staff.

However room i receive, I will give 1 out of 10 point.

Pros:

Breakfast buffet and location

Cons:

The shower was slowwwwwww and the water has low pressure. We can't take a proper shower. The room was warm and it was quite okay at night when we opened a window.

Jammer genoeg ontgoocheld.
Cons:

- onaangename geur in de slaapkamer, de gang, de lift...
- bed lag niet goed, matras met vering
- slaapkamer was veel te warm
- de wasbak had geen stromend koud water, enkel warm

Hommukusöök oli hea. Asukoht on hea.

Cons:

Toa interjöör meenutas pigem möödunud sajandi keskpaiga haiglat kui hotelli. Toas ei olnud "mitte segada" silti.

Nice facade but very tired rooms that desperately need an update!
Pros:

The location is great. A short walk from the station makes this an ideal place to stay for those with onward travel or to enjoy the very clean square where it is situated. The outside seating and cafe service were excellent. The building lloks fantastic from the outside.

Cons:

The whole place inside was very tired. It needs investment by the hotel group. The room had an old shower tray with a curtain that was crusty with limescale at the bottom. There is no air conditioning but I could forgive that if the room if the room had a decent fan - The one provided was so very small. The wardrobe was old, dirty and the doors were all wonky. The floor needed a good clean. The bed was HARD - I am used to a hard bed but this was a different level. There was only a single plug socket in all the room. Bearing in mind this was supposed to be a luxury room, I felt let down. It could be amazing but needs a LOT of updating. Breakfast was a good continental style, with plenty of choice. I have tried to be fair with the review.

Nooit meer in dit hotel.
Pros:

We hadden gevraagd om ontbijt te kunnen meenemen omdat we vroeg moesten vertrekken. Dit stond netjes klaar aan de receptie en was ruim voldoende.

Cons:

- kamer was veel te warm, er stonden 2 ventilators maar die kregen het niet koel
- bed was echt slecht, je voelde de veren van de matras
- de muren, verwarming, ramen, ... is aan een opfrisbeurt toe. Verf blotte af, muren waren vuil, scheuren in de muren, ...
- mooi gebouw maar dit hotel heeft dringend een opknapbeurt nodig, ik vond de prijs echt veel te hoog voor wat we gekregen hebben.
