Beautiful rooms, clean spacious appartment, clean, fantastic staff in a great location overlooking the city of Quito. Also, very convenient to have a restaurant on site for dinner after some long days on trips out of the city.

Breakfast was amazing with wonderful view, staff very friendly and helpful, lots of space in the accomodation
There is no extra Wellness area (small Sauna next to the Fitness room with basic Equipment), antique furniture in the accomodation and no coffee machine in the room

Es un apartamento acondicionado como hotel , aunque tiene parqueadero el acceso y salida del mismo es bastante complicado si el auto es grande

The view is great, staff always nice and very helpful. It's the third time I've stayed here so it starts feeling a bit like home.
The coffee with milk at breakfast was replaced by one of these machines, where you can choose all kinds of flavors and mixtures. Not my favorite :)

I've stayed here several times and it's one of my favorite places in Quito. The beds are comfortable and everything is clean. The staff are always very nice and professional. It's in a nice area where you can walk to several cafes. I like the self-serve espresso machine at breakfast. Super quiet at night.
The breakfast variety was fine, but did not always feel fresh, and at times it seemed like some of the food may have been left over from the day before. For food safety, maintaining the proper temperature of the food on the buffet would be helpful, especially because the food sits out for more than 4 hours. Fresh bread would be appreciated.
Spacious and comfortable room, amazing views over the valley. Breakfast included continental and cooked options. Staff were friendly (when I found them!).
It seemed a little understaffed. Each time I wanted to leave and re-enter the hotel I had to hang around for a couple of minutes for someone to open the locked front doors. Both times I approached the reception desk, eg to order a taxi, I needed to wait a few minutes for staff to arrive.
