A place I keep going back to in Quito
Pros:

I've stayed here several times and it's one of my favorite places in Quito. The beds are comfortable and everything is clean. The staff are always very nice and professional. It's in a nice area where you can walk to several cafes. I like the self-serve espresso machine at breakfast. Super quiet at night.

Cons:

The breakfast variety was fine, but did not always feel fresh, and at times it seemed like some of the food may have been left over from the day before. For food safety, maintaining the proper temperature of the food on the buffet would be helpful, especially because the food sits out for more than 4 hours. Fresh bread would be appreciated.

Pros:

Spacious and comfortable room, amazing views over the valley. Breakfast included continental and cooked options. Staff were friendly (when I found them!).

Cons:

It seemed a little understaffed. Each time I wanted to leave and re-enter the hotel I had to hang around for a couple of minutes for someone to open the locked front doors. Both times I approached the reception desk, eg to order a taxi, I needed to wait a few minutes for staff to arrive.

Pros:

La habitación me encantó. Fue muy silenciosa, sin ruido y perfecta para descansar. Realmente disfruté mucho eso. Todo lo demás también estuvo perfecto, así que tuve una excelente experiencia durante mi estadía.
