Razoável. Já estive em outros hotéis da rede que estavam em melhor estado
Pros:

Localização, facilidade de check-in e de check-out, estacionamento

Cons:

O hotel esta um pouco defasado, falta de capricho nos detalhes dos quartos. Carpetes desgastados e sujos. Atendimento do restauranrte a la carte muitíssimo demorado.Parece que a prioridade são grupos de excursões

A minha estadia em geral foi incrível, deu para aproveitar bem e é um hotel que voltarei um dia
Pros:

A vista era impecável, a piscina perfeita e com uma vista linda, o jantar no restaurante inevitável foi incrível, só as entradas que pensávamos que ia ser mais interessante e mais impactante mas não, a sangria de espumante era incrivel.

Cons:

No alojamento apenas não gostei muito do buffet do almoço, achei sem graça mas a comida era saborosa..

Muito agradável
Pros:

Gostei da localização, das condições do quarto, da vista sobre o Mondego.

Cons:

Viajamos em altura de regresso às aulas e o hotel tinha muitas famílias que foram visitar o parque Portugal dos Pequeninos, por isso havia muitas crianças e um barulho durante as refeições, principalmente ao pequeno almoço.

The size of the rooms, balcony and view.

Cons:

The SPA is not a spa and is treated like any regular swimming pool. There are noisy children from as young as 1 to 5 to 12 to any age, at any hour of the day. None of the rules of a spa were observed at all. Children were shouting (and adults) and jumping continuously into the swimming pool and jacuzzi. There were inflatable toys and mattresses and parents teaching their kids how to swim. It was horrific and nothing wellness nor relaxing about it quite the opposite. I reported it and they listened and recognized they have a problem. By the way, the outdoor swimming pool is also for children.

The breakfast doesn't meet expectation
Pros:

The location is good just 10 minutes from the center, not from the University .The spa is also good, but noisy because of kids who come with their parents. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet.

Cons:

The variety of food is limited for breakfast and also for dinner. The food is not tasty. Rooms with a balcony don't have chairs, so you cannot sit outside. No body cream in the bathroom.
