séjour "triste" ; fait partie des souvenirs négatifs de voyage.

Tout était "passable"; pas du tout à la hauteur de votre classification ( hormis Personnel agréable et très "pro" )

Muito desapontada.

A localização e a simpatia de alguns funcionários.

Fiquei muito desapontada com a estadia.

Já visitei muitos hotéis quatro estrelas e este deixou-me verdadeiramente desiludida.

Vários pontos que deixo para vossa análise:
- o ar condicionado não funciona devidamente, o quarto fica extremamente quente.
-as fichas ao lado da cama não funcionam com a luz desligada, temos que fazer um jogo de ligar e desligar interruptores para carregar os telemóveis.
- quando chegávamos cedo para o pequeno almoço, as mesas estavam todas sujas e mesmo tendo avisado os funcionários, não houve prontidão na ajuda e correção da situação.
-as almofadas são desmaiado altas, não permitido uma noite descansada.
-a entrada e saída das banheiras é difícil, pavimento muito escorregadio e sem qualquer apoio.
-o jantar incluído, não vale a quantia de 29€, associada ao mesmo, muito longe da experiência de outros hotéis de quatro estrelas.

Muito simpáticas as funcionárias que estavam a atender ao jantar.
