Cons:

Sendo um hotel Vila Galé, não ter roupões nem chinelos no quartos. Isso era pago como extra. Não ter chaleira no quarto. Solicitei chaleira por duas vezes e acabei por ter de vir ao bar pedir para aquecer o leite das crianças. O buffet é mediano para o preço de quase 30€ por pessoa sem bebidas. Atendimento muito lento.

朝食が豪華だった。部屋は広かった。スタッフがフレンドリーだった。水が置いてあった。

シャワーやバスタブの水圧が恐ろしく低く、バスタブに湯を溜めるのに30分以上かかって、疲れた。電源コンセントの数が少なすぎる。
地下駐車場が暗くて狭かった。

Very friendly staff, great views over the river and city from the pool view rooms. Swimming pool very pleasant as well.

Cons:

Lots of choice for breakfast, and generally delicious, but found that the quality of bread and fruit could be a bit better as Portugal in general is superb with both.

Piscina agradável
Pros:

A localização é relativamente boa. O pessoal do restaurante (jantar e pequeno-almoço) é simpático. Na recepção também fomos bem atendidos no check in, uma funcionária em formação foi muito atenciosa. O parque de estacionamento custa 10€ e tem carregamento elétrico (pago à parte, necessário levar cabo).

Cons:

A piscina tem pavimento muito perigoso. Vimos umas 10 crianças a escorregar e cair, uma não rachou a cabeça por sorte! As meninas do spa foram bastante desagradáveis.

Vieram umas 3x avisar que só tínhamos 45minutos para o circuito, quando o espaço estava vazio, inclusive da última vez, que estávamos a ler informação e ainda faltavam 2minutos e vieram apressar-nos para sairmos. Além disso os roupões têm um custo de 5€, custo incompreensível face ao custo do quarto!

Pedimos sangria de espumante de maracujá (sugestão do hotel) e trouxeram-nos uma sangria de citrinos… não estava má, mas foi uma situação caricata e que mostra pouco cuidado no serviço.

No pequeno-almoço os funcionários limpavam as mesas para o chão e as cadeiras ficavam cheias de migalhas.
