Cons:

We had to queue with our luggage (rucksacks as we had been walking) for 30 mins in a hot lobby. The check in process was laborious and to the hotels advantage, not the customers. No where to sit. We have stayed at €10 Albergues that has a more welcoming check in process.

Pros:

No todo, correu muito bem. Todos os funcionários foram simpáticos e solícitos.
O quarto é bom. As piscinas também uma vez que tenho uma criança. Pequeno almoço muito bom. No todo tudo muito agradável.

Cons:

Fiquei surpreendida por não haver secador de cabelo no quarto.

Imagino que os quartos não tenham todos o mesmo problema do que o nosso mas foi complicado descansar devido a todo o tipo de barulhos dos vizinhos sejam duches, tv, descargas autoclismo, vizinhos a falar, arrastar de móveis etc

Pros:

Me gustó la amplitud de las instalaciones y la luminosidad. La variedad de productos en el desayuno y la prontitud con que satisficieron mis necesidades de productos sin lactosa.

Cons:

Me gustó menos la moqueta en la habitación y los escasos y débiles puntos de luz en ella, que hacían casi imposible la lectura por la noche. El precio del bufé de la cena también me pareció algo elevado.

Excelente lugar para férias mistas (piscina e cidade)

A localização do hotel é excelente para quem quer passear a pé pela cidade de Coimbra. As instalações do hotel são ótimas, o pequeno-almoço é muito variado e os funcionários são de extremo cuidado e simpatia.

Cons:

As almofadas da cama poderiam ser melhores, a zona de spa e piscina interior poderia ser maior, e poderiam haver mais espreguiçadeiras na zona da piscina exterior.
