Great staff at reception an around the pool. That makes the hotel.
Pros:

I loved the staff, anthe location, if you’re going to stay. Make sure you stay in the deluxe rooms. As these rooms are recently renovated.

Cons:

Clean needs improved. They say that they clean twice a week. But it was such a poor effort of cleaning.

Had liever een ander hotel geboekt, het verblijf was gelukkig kort.
Pros:

De kamer is ruim, dat is wel fijn en de douche is goed. Bedden zijn niet comfortabel.

Cons:

De kamer was vies. Overal vettige vingerafdrukken.
Keukengerei wat vies is. Voornamelijk Britten in het hotel en daar wil je niet altijd tussen zitten.

Cons:

No me gusta que a las 8 de la mañana ya están las amacas de la piscina ya reservadas. No me parece justo que se reserven, tenemos derecho todos a las amacas

Great value for money and lovely atmosphere.
Pros:

We stayed here as a family of 7 young adults and parents and all had a great week. Amazing location and facilities and great value for money.

L'appartement.renové, son confort et sa propreté.

Cons:

Pas de place de parking disponible.
pas la possibilité de quitter l'appartement en fin de matinée et surtout, pas de possibilité de prendre de petits déjeuners.

Very solid, a few things missing.
Pros:

Been there a few times. Always easy to check in, talk to the staff and you get what you pay for. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Wish there were more activities like we had the past few times we were there. The staff was lovely but not really trying to hype the place up with fun or games. Elevator was not the best.

Pros:

Es perfecto para ir en familia, está cerca de la playa, tiene piscina y a pocos minutos en coche de Aqualandia. El personal muy atento, eficaz y agradable, cuando hicimos el check out e íbamos de camino a casa nos dimos cuenta de que olvidamos el móvil en la habitación, llamamos al hotel, lo prepararon y pasamos a recogerlo a la recepción todo muy rápido y es de agradecer también al equipo, su gran trabajo y amabilidad. Gracias
