Pros:

Excellent customer service! They were ready to help with whatever I needed. I needed a safety pin for my outfit and the woman at the front desk offered to bring one from home for me! Also excellent location - you’re definitely in the middle of everything. Cute cafe and bar, too! It was a nice place for a night cap.

Osoblje je vrlo ljubazno i susretljivo.

Cons:

Parking je dislociran od samog objekta, što nije dobro kada pada kiša. Doručak vrlo oskudan. Soba je dovoljno velika, no bila sam smještena u potkrovlju te je zbog krovne kosine dosta prostora nemoguće koristit. Otežano korištenje radnog stola.

Amazing spot, highly recommend
Pros:

This place has the best location you could ask for in Zagreb. You’re literally steps from everything—the main square, old town, museums, restaurants, it’s all right there. The staff absolutely goes out of their way to help, especially at the front desk. The rooms are spotless. Plus there’s something really charming about staying in Zagreb’s oldest hotel from 1827. The courtyard and garden are like a quiet escape in the middle of the busy city center.

Cons:

They could truly improve selection at breakfast.

Pros:

Breakfast selection was great as was the coffee service. Breakfast room could use replacement flooring - the vinyl flooring was chipped and worn and very dated.

Central and convenient
Pros:

Breakfast basic but good. I like to have bananas and a better range of cereals, then again I’m from Australia while Europeans may have found it perfect. Within walking distance of most museums and uptown. Everyone helpful and friendly.

Good location, great value for money, excellent breakfast
Pros:

Great location, right in the middle of town, near to everything. Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast

Loved the courtyard setting. The location of the hotel was ideal for visiting the main sites. Hotel and room was clean and pleasant. Room included necessary amenities. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet included a reasonable selection of items. Freshly made coffees was a plus, as opposed to an automatic machine.

Cons:

My room faced the courtyard. There was some noise, but not too late into the evening. Outdoor lights were bright and eventually turned off for the night. I like to open windows and have the curtains slightly open, but had to close both due to the room location/courtyard.

Brilliant location, great staff, comfortable and clean.
Pros:

The upper floors are quiet and dark, excellent for sleeping. The location is the best - no better spot in Zagreb.
