Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Zagreb.
Pros:

Central location. It was easy to walk everywhere from the hotel.
The staff (reception, breakfast team, bar staff) were all incredibly helpful, friendly and genuinely kind. We felt welcomed and safe.

Cons:

No complaints.

Pros:

Excellent location and staff was super friendly. Great breakfast too!

The twin beds were not as comfortable as the double beds.

A lovely quiet hotel in the middle of the city!
Pros:

Very central. Facilities were comfortable. It was set off the road down an arcade which was quieter.

Cons:

Door room locks were difficult and rooms were quite hot.

Perfect for people who don't want to stay in a large glass edifice.
Pros:

Comfortable small scale hotel hidden away off a main road in the centre of Zagreb. Perfect location for visiting old and new town. Delightful courtyard.and extremely helpful staff. Good breakfast included.

Cons:

Some drawers would have been useful. There are no lifts but there are only 2 floors.

Staff, location and terrace very good, bedroom poor for the reasons given.
Pros:

Location and staff, particularly at reception were excellent and outside terrace was delightful.

Cons:

The room was pretty small - very little room round bed to bathroom or exit. We also found ants in the room as the weather warmed and there was a nasty smell in the bathroom basin when we ran the water. scrambled eggs for breakfast were overcooked every day! As there was always only one waitress on, service was sometimes slow.

A truly fantastic experience, one to be repeated.
Pros:

Fabulous location , just perfect for exploring and it being located in the centre of the old town and parks. Superb breakfast with plenty of choice and fresh ingredients. Wonderful decor and lighting in the restaurant area especially. Exceptional room with plenty of space and beautifully appointed. Fabulous friendly and helpful staff which enhanced our stay. So many thanks for making our trip so wonderful. We will return to this exceptional hotel, staff and fabulous city.

Good relaxing stay in great location for sightseeing
Pros:

Breakfast was good for 3 star hotel (serving hot cold dishes) + great location to do some sightseeing and close to amenities/resturants, old town etc.

Staff provided a very good service and addressed all my concerns. 24 hour reception great and staff spoke good english. Room was clean when i entered and has luggage storage in case you arrive early before check in / have later flight.

Overall I had a good relaxing stay.

L'emplacement est idéal
Une solution de replis a été trouvé par l'établissement car la rue était en travaux.
Lit très spacieux ainsi que la chambre. Très propre. Il ne manquait rien. L'idéal aurait été d'avoir un restaurant sur place.
