Tento hotel bola dobrá voľba, parkovisko nebolo veľmi ďaleko a hotel je pomerne centrálne situovaný. Ubytovanie bolo naozaj príjemné, raňajky v pohode. Páčil sa mi taký starosvetský šarm, ktorý tento hotel mal. Určite by som tam šla znova.

La posizione dell’albergo era centralissima quindi molto comoda per raggiungere tutti i luoghi. Il parcheggio è praticamente dietro l’angolo. La colazione offre prodotti per tutti i gusti, dal dolce al salato in un ambiente confortevole. Consigliatissimo!!!

Great stay in a quiet location close to attractions
Pros:

Perfect location. Quiet oasis from the busy city. Lovely friendly staff who offered to help with luggage as there are no lifts which we knew about before we booked the hotel and this didn’t worry us.
Loved the great service in the bar.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Pros:

Excellent location, friendly staff, cozy and charming hotel. I liked the little path/stairs up to the old town, directly from the hotel.

Cons:

The rooms felt smaller than we expected and does not seem like good value compared to the more spacious apartments that we have stayed in on our trip. But I suppose that is the price you pay for being very central.

Pros:

Stanze comode, silenziose, con tutto il necessario. Colazione completa senza un'inutile abbondanza che genererebbe soltanto degli sprechi.

Cons:

Un sorriso in più da parte di alcuni membri dello staff non avrebbe guastato, così come più pulizia in alcuni angolini.

Nice hotel, very good location, good value for money
Pros:

Location is really good - in the Zagreb main street, close to the main square - the real downtown hotel
Parking is very convenient, private and secured
Room decoration is warm and linings are clean, shampoo, shower gel, soap, towels, all very good

Cons:

Breakfast is very basic - don't get me wrong - value for money is really good, but better breakfast choice would result in very subtle room price increase.

Staff in the breakfast area is not too friendly

Cons:

Κράτησαν όλο το ποσό της διαμονής χωρίς να επιστρέψουν την προκαταβολή. Διαμαρτυρήθηκα στην reception και υποσχέθηκαν ότι θα το επιστρέψουν. Έχουν περάσει 20 μέρες και το ξενοδοχείο απαντά στο τηλεφώνημα ότι είναι πρόβλημα της Τράπεζας. Η Τράπεζα μου λέει ότι ποτέ δεν επιστράφηκε το ποσό στον λογαριασμό μου. Έχω στείλει ήδη 2 mail και δεν πήρα απάντηση και μόνο από το τηλέφωνο πήρα την παραπάνω απάντησή τους. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι παλιό και τα δωμάτια έχουν μυρωδιά μούχλας
