Bem completo: geladeira, fogão, microondas, ar condicionado, tv na sala e no quarto, panelas, talheres, copos, cafeteira...
Bem localizado (perto o suficinte para ir à pé ao triângulo, praça dos Namorados, praia, prédio da Petrobras, entre outros.
Check-in e checkout simples e rápido. Apartamento limpo

Cons:

Andar baixo, sem vista (na verdade, vista dos fundos de outros prédios). Todos os eletrodomésticos funcionaram adequadamente, mas achei a cama desconfortável e tive o sono prejudicado (tanto pela cama quanto pelo barulho de vizinhos)

Estadia bastante agradável, principalmente pela localização.
Pros:

A localização é excelente. Todas as facilidades são bem próximas (lojas, restaurantes, praia).
Cama e lençóis confortáveis e banho é bom.
Ar condicionado, TV e Internet muito bons.

Cons:

Para quem gosta de fazer a própria comida, a cozinha carece de utensílios e o fogão é antigo.
O box do banheiro precisa de ajustes.
