Molto soddisfatta del soggiorno
Pros:

Ho apprezzato molto la cortesia e i consigli dello staff per muovermi nella città, ho avuto un soggiorno tranquillo in una stanza molto comoda.

Das Hotel entspricht im keinen Fall dem Standard eines 4 Sterne Hotels.

Parkplatz im Innenhof - sehr sicher
Sehr ruhige Lage des Hotels

Cons:

Hauptlift war defekt, mussten durch Umwege zum Parkplatzlift ausweichen

Bel palazzo storico ma non sembra un 4 stelle

Bella la struttura, in un palazzo storico

Cons:

Ho scelto una superior, ampia ma un po’ spartana per un 4 stelle. Soprattutto il bagno che risultava freddo senza un calorifero. La tv non aveva nessuna app per le piattaforme. Per i servizi, il ristorante era chiuso di venerdì sera. La colazione poco varia, con prodotti di scarsa qualità. Alcune fette di torta presenti erano secchissime, tagliate giorni prima. La tovaglia del buffet sporca, macchiata in molti punti.

DELUSIONE.
Pros:

La struttura in sé è molto bella esternamente, un bel palazzo storico, la hall imponente e il personale della reception molto gentile e accogliente.

Cons:

La camera decisamente piccola per essere definita una superior di un hotel a 4 stelle, il phon scomodo e poco funzionale, la doccia talmente piccola che quasi non ci si gira dentro.
C'era scritto che questo hotel ha il ristorante, in realtà ha un bistrot, che ho scoperto essere un piccolo ristoro con solo pochi primi e due secondi ( pollo ai ferri e scaloppine entrambi con spinaci riscaldati di contorno). Niente antipasti, niente verdure, niente dolci. La cucina veramente di basso livello e cara per di piu...

Struttura esterna

Cons:

Capitato che ascensore non funzionasse nel week end, ultima notte dormito pochissimo in quanto qualcuno si e' divertito a bussare la porta alle 4,15 ..stanza non di qualità da come era stata anticipata, colazione leggermente nella sufficienza, rapporto qualità prezzo un po' elevato.

Ottima soluzione a Monfalcone
Pros:

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. L'hotel si trova in un edificio storico affascinante e ben ristrutturato, con camere ampie e molto pulite. Il personale si è dimostrato gentile e professionale, motivi per cui se avrò occasione tornerò sicuramente!
