Es war das letzte Mal, dass ich in diesem Hotel übernachtet habe.
Pros:

Gefallan hat mir im Grunde nur die Lage des Hotels. Es befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einer U-Bahn-Station.

Cons:

Der Service war nicht gut. Ein mittelmäßig freundlicher, nicht wirklich kompetenter junger Mann beim Check-Inn, zwei Mitarbeiter des Hauses, die einfach in mein Zimmer treten, weil sie irgendetwas wollen (was genau, wurde nicht erklärt), eine viel zu laute und aufdringliche Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück und dazu noch Restbauarbeiten im Haus. Dass man dafür 135 Euro bezahlen muss, ist schlichtweg eine Unverschämtheit.

Mini Zimmer, laut und viel zu teuer.
Pros:

Das beste am Hotel ist das Frühstück. Nicht Mega aber ganz gut. Im hinteren Frühstücksbereich kann man auch gut sitzen. Im vorderen Bereich siehts zwar stylisch aus aber tiefe Sessel zum frühstücken geht gar nicht. Das Zimmer ist winzig und es gibt keinen Schrank. Nur eine Regalablage für die Kleidungsstücke. Sagen wir mal: gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wegen Renovierung oder Umbau war es auch echt laut. Fenster nachts öffnen sollte man eher lassen, wenn man schlafen möchte.

Top Hotel für einen Städtetrip - aktuell aber umfangreiche Baumaßnahmen im Haus

Wie immer eine sehr gute Alternative für einen Städte-Kurz-Trip mit top U-Bahn-Anbindung in Hamburg

Cons:

Leider finden in dem Haus aktuell umfangreiche Renovierungsarbeiten statt, welche im Laufe des Tages zu einer deutlich erhöhten Lärmbelästigung führen. Mich persönlich hat es nicht so sehr gestört, da ich bis auf die Nacht kaum im Hotel war. Ich habe aber einige sehr genervte Gäste erlebt, da die Aufzüge stark von den Bauarbeitern frequentiert waren und anscheinend nicht im Vorfeld auf die Bauarbeiten hingewiesen wurde. Deshalb diesmal auch Abzüge in der Bewertung von mir.
