Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man kommt von hier aus schnell in die Innenstadt.
Das Personal ist super. Sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit.. Ich musste einen Tag eher abreisen. Sowohl das Personal hier im Hotel als auch bei Booking.com wurde mir ganz schnell geholfen.

Guter Aufenthalt mit kleinen Mängeln
Pros:

Sehr sauberes Zimmer, Service freundlich und gut, Frühstück gut, Betten sehr bequem.

Cons:

Sehr lange Wartezeit beim Frühstück (habe mich zweimal zu verschiedenen Zeiten angestellt)

Bohrarbeiten im Flur, Arbeiten auf dem Zimmer kaum möglich.

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Es bot auch ausreichend vegane Alternativen.

Cons:

Das Personal war größtenteils, vor allem an der Rezeption, sehr unfreundlich und schlecht gelaunt. Auf Nachfragen wurde nicht immer eingegangen und mit abweisendem Nichtwissen reagiert.
Wir haben vor allem beim Fahrradverleih darauf hingewiesen, dass dies regelmäßig kontrolliert werden muss, damit die Räder fahrtauglich sind und mögliche Schäden nicht anderen Gästen zugeschrieben werden.

Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war sympathisch, interessiert an uns und wirkte entspannt und zufrieden! Wir sind wunderbar herzlich empfangen worden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
