Hotel frumos aproape de obiectivele importante din Istanbul
Pros:

Hotelul are o pozitie excelenta, situat la doar cateva minute de mers pe jos de Sultanahmet Square.

Personalul a fost extrem de amabil si prompt in a ne ajuta pe tot parcursul sederii. Dupa ce compania aeriana Wizz Air ne-a modificat zborurile cu o zi, managerul hotelului, domnul Karadayi Abdul, a dat dovada de multa intelegere si profesionalism, acomodand schimbarea fara costuri suplimentare si fara sa fie nevoie sa schimbam camerele. Am avut camerele de la ultimul etaj, cu vedere superba la mare.

De asemenea, domnul Karadayi Abdul ne-a ajutat sa organizam transferul aeroport–hotel–aeroport (contra cost), ceea ce ne-a facut calatoria mult mai usoara si confortabila.

Hotelul ofera si numeroase optiuni pentru croaziere pe Bosfor si alte excursii, cu preluare direct de la hotel, lucru foarte util pentru organizarea activitatilor turistice.

Camerele 402 si 403, cele cu balcon si vedere la mare, sunt foarte frumoase si merita recomandate. Exista ceva zgomot care vine de la strada, insa dupa o zi plina de explorat orasul, aproape ca nici nu il mai observi cand te pui la somn. Totusi, pentru persoanele mai sensibile la zgomot in timpul noptii, ar putea fi utila o pereche de dopuri de urechi.
De asemenea, terasa pentru micul dejun ofera o priveliste superba asupra Bosforului.

Cons:

Mi-a placut totul si recomand cu drag acest hotel.
Ca sugestie de imbunatatire, micul dejun ar putea avea mai multe optiuni, in special poate niste preparate specifice bucatariei turcesti :)

Top Preis Leistung.
Pros:

Super Lage um die Altstadt zu erkunden.
Hotelmanager hat uns gute Tipps gegeben.

Frühstück ausreichend und das meiste auch sehr lecker. Bei den Bäckereien bekommt man natürlich bissle mehr Auswahl und auch noch süße Stückchen, aber alles in allem lässt sich damit gut in den Tag starten.

Cons:

Da die Fenster nicht ganz dicht sind, ist es abends manchmal laut durch die Straßenbahn. Aber Preis Leistung ist hier vollkommen i.O.
Aufzug eher schwierig für Menschen die keine Enge mögen.

Pros:

Το πρωινό ηταν ωραιο , η τοποθεσία καλη αν και θα προτιμούσα να έμενα πιο κοντά στο τραμ , ο ιδιοκτητης πολυ εξυπηρετικός και φιλόξενος και γενικά το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό.

Cons:

Στο δωματιο μυριζε ανα διαστήματα η αποχεύτεση , δεν είχε ηχομόνωση και άκουγες οποιον περνούσε απ έξω καθώς το ασανσερ που ανεβοκατεβαινε.

Disappointing Stay – Pictures Are Misleading! Overpriced for what you get!
Pros:

The staff were nice and helpfull, they spoke good english and they were always helpfull, This is the only positiv thing of the hole stay. The hotel is totally overpriced and does not accord with the information and pictures in booking.com

Cons:

The images displayed on Booking.com bore absolutely no resemblance to the reality we encountered. Both the rooftop terrace and the hotel entrance differed significantly from what was advertised in the pictures.
The breakfast was consistently disappointing. Every day, we were offered the same limited selection of only 4-5 items, this was a far away from the rich variety depicted,in Booking photos. Furthermore, getting coffee at breakfast was a nightmare and patient test due to a small, extremely slow machine, which constantly led to long queues as all the time ran off water and coffee and had to be refylled constantly.
Our tiny double room had a persistent, strong and unpleasant sewer smell every single day, you could smell it already when you opened the door, it was disgusting,. The small window opened onto an internal courtyard that strangely had no other windows, offering no ventilation or pleasant view.
Wi-Fi connectivity was poor; it did not worked at all in the bedrooms and was only marginally better in the reception and breakfast area. The entire hotel felt very old and dated, you could see things broken everywhere.
The elevator lacked of internal doors and was tiny, barely fitting two people, or just one with a suitcase. And it did not stop in all the floors, so if you have mobility difficulties be aware to go up and down stairs.
The only positive aspect was the kind and helpful staff. However, the hotel itself was a disaster, primarily because the photos on Booking.com bore absolutely no resemblance to the actual reality, making it really overpriced for what we found. Not even the building facade of the hotel is the same.
Its location was acceptable, offering proximity to various attractions. While the rooftop did offer a view of the sea, as advertised, it certainly did not offer a view of Istanbul itself – just the water.
It was a really dissapointed stay, far too expensive for what we found that didnt replay the information from booking.com.

Отличный отель с прекрасным расположением, комфортом и дружелюбным персоналом — с удовольствием вернулся бы снова.
Pros:

Я останавливался в отеле Novaroma в Старом городе Стамбула и остался очень доволен своим выбором. Прежде всего хочется отметить отличное расположение — все главные достопримечательности находятся в пешей доступности, что делает прогулки по городу особенно приятными.

Персонал отеля очень дружелюбный и внимательный, всегда готов помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Заселение прошло быстро и без лишних формальностей.

Номер оказался чистым, уютным и хорошо оборудованным. Уборка проводилась регулярно, всё было аккуратно и комфортно для проживания. Отдельно хочу отметить удобную кровать — после долгих прогулок по городу это было особенно важно.

Завтраки были вкусные и разнообразные, с хорошим выбором блюд, включая местную кухню. Приятно начинать день с видом на город и чашкой свежего кофе.

В целом, отель Novaroma — отличное место для проживания в Стамбуле. С удовольствием остановился бы здесь снова и рекомендую этот отель всем, кто хочет комфортно провести время в исторической части города.
