Disappointing stay with poor service despite a nice setting.
Pros:

The overall layout of the property and the pool area were nice and visually appealing. The location is also convenient.

Cons:

The overall experience was disappointing. The reception was not welcoming, and the service quality was very poor.

The café/restaurant service was especially bad. We had to wait a long time for waiters to come to our table, and even when we placed orders, they were significantly delayed. In some cases, we had to get up ourselves to follow up.

Additionally, the staff were not helpful when contacted by phone, as they kept asking us to come to the reception instead of assisting us directly. The level of service did not meet basic hospitality standards.

الموقع رائع والغرف واسعه

عجبني الموقع الفندق ونظام الشقق واسع للعائلات نظيف نوعا ما وغرفه خادمه مع حمامها غلايه وعبوات ماء كبيره ومكينة قهوه خدمه فندقيه،الممرات حلوه بالاشجار والورود الكوتش المصري المسئول عن المسبح للاطفال كان رائع ومتعاون وحريص وايضا موظفين ترولي الشنط متعاونين اجراءات الدخول سريعه في مطاعم ومسبح كبار واطفال موظف الريسبشن عند التشيك اوت كان رائع اسلوبه معنا واهتمامه كيف كانت اقامتنا بوفيه الافطار حلو

موظف الريسبشن الاستقال كان جامد شوي مافي ترحيب عند الدخول، السجاد مستهلك ،الزوار الي بس يدفعون للمسبح ازعاج وزحمه، مافي خصوصيه للنزلاء ازعاج ، ماعجبني ان في احد يدفع بس للمسبح، نبي نحجز للهدوء والاسترخاء واحب المسبح خاص للنزلاء ، ملابس البكيني ماحبيته كلش في مجتمعنا وكوني ام من دوله محافظه ، اشوف اجواءه فندق اكثر من انه مكان عائلي خاص
