Goede locatie, ruime kamers, airconditioning, goed eten...

Cons:

Betaal 100 EU + voor een nacht en dan moet je 1 EU in het sluis doen om de sluis dicht temaken, ik betaalde voor het verblijf al maanden van tevoren toen ik aan kwam moest in nog tourist belasting betalen die ze direct van mij bank kaart hebben afgeschreven maar toen ik ging eten moest ik contant betalen als het niet op mijn kamer kon zetten, dus wel mogelijk om tourist belasting van mij bank kaart te halen maar het eten kon niet... Heel raar en voelde iets van ze vertrouwen mij niet in zeker zin embarrassing.

Prima locatie, met verbeterpunten wat betreft de hygiëne van de kamer en bediening van restaurant.
Pros:

Het is op een prima locatie.
En het personeel van de receptie was prima: beleefd en klantvriendelijk.

Cons:

Er moet aandacht voor het schoonmaak van de hotelkamer: nog vuil op de grond en de bedden niet goed opfemaakt.
De airco op de kamer moet beter onderhouden worden: er zaten zichtbare vuiligheid aan de airco, de remote werkte niet.

De bediening van het restaurant was zeer slecht. We hebben wel een uur moeten wachten voordat er iemand kwam om de bestelling op te nemen, terwijl er op dat moment zeer weinig gasten waren het terras. We hebben ook heel lang moeten wachten voordat onze bestelling geserveerd werd. We hebben pokébowl besteld, waarvan de sushirijst, naar onze ervaring, te veel harde stukjes in zaten. En naar onze ervaring is dit niet vers.

Heerlijk verblijf met het gezin, genoeg ruimte en comfort.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en lekker. Brood, fruit, verse sinasappelsap en een heerlijk gebakken omelet naar mijn eigen wens. Ruime tijden voor het ontbijt.
