L accueil edt formidable. L hotel a beaucoup de charme et l acces est simple , note chambre etait charmante ais ́ousventenfions marché au dessus de nous ainsi que la chasse dont le tuyau traverse notre chambres derriere une vloison insuffisamment isolé, dommage carble lieu est parfait et tres bien située pour viditer la bille et prendre le petit train pour visiter el bario de las cuevas

Beautifully restored historic small hotel steps away from the historic district. Super clean and very friendly staff. Great value as well. Would definitely stay here again.

The young lady on reception, provided the most amazing service, nothing was too much trouble, and had the answers to everything, based on the service alone I will be back !

Muy limpio, bonito, ubicación muy cercana a la plaza, con parking incluido y un personal súper amable, la chica de recepción nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones. Un sitio para repetir.

Perfektes Tolles Hotel. Gratis Parking! War mit Navi leicht zu finden. Personal sehr Nett und Freundlich. Zimmer/Suite war der Hammer. Frühstück alles was es braucht. Restaurant leckeres Essen!!Sehr schönes Ambiente. Uns hat es sehr gefallen :0)

Lo mejor, el personal.
Tanto las recepcionistas , como en el restaurante y las encargadas de la limpieza siempre con una sonrisa en los labios, y, con una amabilidad encantadora.
Solo he estado una noche pero ha sido suficiente para salir contento.
Si tengo que poner alguna pega dire que, si te duchas, mojas el papel higiénico. Falta algo de luminosidad en la habitación, por lo menos en la que ocupe. Se deberían eliminar las esterillas de las mesas del comedor por antihigienicas. Resulta desagradable ver en ellas restos de comidas anteriores en ellas.
Otra cosa,... no entiendo que haya una minicocina en la habitación y no tenga iluminación alguna. Yo la eliminaría y daria otro uso a esa zona.
Por lo demás, he disfrutado de su coqueto patio con fuente, de su comida y de su ubicación (un poco complicado para llegar hasta él pero llegué) tan cerca de La Catedral y la Plaza de la Constitución.

The hotel has so much character and the 3 staff members working while we were there went above and beyond to make us comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Guadix.

Really friendly staff and great rooms. The location was a bit inconvenient with a larger car given the tiny streets. There was also a miss in the request of the crib for the first night, but the staff was quick to fix it the following day!

Todo correcto pero me quedé sin jabón de baño al tercer día de siete y pese a que lo solicité no se renovó. Las toallas las cambian cada tres días y eso para un hotel de 4 estrellas no es normal. Todo lo demás bien y la atención de recepción excelente. Son economías tontas que desmerecen bastante.

The hotel is beautiful. It’s very much like a road once inside. The inside courtyard is cool and picturesque. I believe there are suites at the top of the hotel. The food in the restaurant is fantastic. The front reception will get drinks for you if the restaurant/var is not open.

Our stay was excellent, Very clean and spacious room with excellent shower room. Very good breakfast and incredibly helpful and polite staff.

Great quiet spot with friendly staff, a free welcome glass of wine and a debt attached restaurant.
