Grande chambre bien équipée, propre et climatisée. Un bon petit déjeuner continental. Endroit calme et verdoyant au bord de la rivière

Cons:

Dommage qu’il n’y a pas de piscine. Coupure de courant pour une demi-heure était inattendue

Personalmente ritengo l'arredamento della camera un pò fredda e asettica.
Un luogo che prevede l'uso dell'auto per recarsi in centro.

Empfehlenswert für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt nicht allzu weit entfernt vom Stadtzentrum.
Pros:

Ruhige Lage im Grünen.
Sauberes und bequemes Zimmer.
Gute an Anbindung an den ÖPNV.

Cons:

Hätte mir (mit einer Ausnahme) ein freundlicheres Personal gewünscht.

Torino sehenswürdig, Wetter super, Zimmer sehr warm
Pros:

Ein wunderschöner gepflegte Park, aber kaum Möglichkeit ihn zu geniessen: keine liegenstühle vorhanden für die Gäste. Minimalistisch Einrichtung im Bad: keine klienex, kein Waschlappen u.s w. Rutschige Dusche, ohne Haltegriffe.
2 Liegebetten waren im garten vorhanden, personal wusste es nach anfrage nicht, man hätte sie reinigen solle, da sie dauernd draussen standen: Vögel, Füchse *dreck*.

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit Abend es zu geniessen, ohne ins Zimmer gehen zu müssen. Personal nett ,ohne grossen willen den Gäste es gemütlicher zu machen

Das Hotel wäre toll gewesen, wenn Booking-Gäste gleich wie andere behandelt würden

Cons:

Wir hatten über Booking ein Zimmer gebucht, dass den Bildern nach super aussah. Jedoch bekamen wir ein altes, nicht renoviertes Zimmer. Es war einfach nur schrecklich. Bei der Reklamationen wurde uns nur unfreundlich mitgeteilt, alles ausgebucht. Am letzten Tag wurde uns doch noch ein neues Zimmer zuteil. Das wäre den Preis wert gewesen.

J'avais choisi une chambre double Deluxe, mais la 1ere chambre, d'ailleurs bcp plus grande que la 2eme qui était la même catégorie Deluxe mais plus petite, n'avais ni bouilloire, ni coffre fort et ni stores pour baisser la nuit.

Dommage car bien évidemment ça aurait ete plus confortable de rester dans la grande chambre. Mais le sejour s'est bien passé aussi dans la 2eme chambre plus petite.

L'hôtel se trouve à plus de 20' du centre avec le tramway (plus de 15 arrêts jusqu'au centre - distances entre les arrêts de tramways assez proches).
Le tramway no 15 se situe à environ 5-10' de marche (mobilité réduite) de l'hôtel.

Et encore merci à Willy pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Cons:

En ce qui me concerne, peut-être suis-je plus sensible aux odeurs, mais je trouve que les produits utilisés pour le nettoyage et le linge lit sentent un peu trop fort à mon goût... Qualité du matelas très bien.

Ça serait sympa si le personnel pour le service du petit déjeuner était un poil plus souriant 🙂
