Clear room with all basic facilities.
Great location

The hotel was in a great area right across from the train station. The room was fine but didn’t have air conditioning and since it was so hot we opened the one window that was able to he opened. The bad part was we could hear the trams and it was very noisy. The shower was lovely & it was great to have a small fridge in the room. It was a nice historic building. The Hawaiin restaurant attached was awesome (and very cheap)

Stayed for a few days with family. The staff were second to none; rooms very clean and pleasant. Noisy on the front arising from various transportation options but the staff accommodated us and allowed for a room change. would highly recommend this location.

I stayed at Hotel Piast in Wroclaw and had a very good experience. The hotel is clean and tidy and everything was well kept. The location is very handy, just across the road from the main train station, so it was easy to find and perfect for travel. I had asked for a quiet room and they gave me one, which I really appreciated. It was peaceful and I slept well. The staff were helpful and polite, always ready to answer questions or give directions. Overall, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay and I would happily stay here again.

Great location opposite the main train station, bus station and shopping mall, which has a good food court on the second floor.
There’s also some good bars underneath the arches very close by.
The old town is not far and the whole town is easy to walk around and there’s plenty of trams and buses.
The hotel reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a nice en-suite.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was very powerful which is nice from the normal trickle in other hotels.
Only downside was other guests being very noisy in the early hours, nothing the staff could do and it was a busy period with the Europa League Final on at the same time.

It was convenient- right across the street from the train station. A direct walk to the Old Town area. A bit of street noise if your room faces the train station.

A beautiful historic hotel, perfectly located across from main station so no need to take a cab to settle. The decor is modest and tasteful, bed very comfortable, lovely shower and double glazed windows blocking out noise, door opening into a balcony. The only problem was the hairdryer which kept overheating every couple of minutes and it was impossible to dry my hair. Unfortunately the reception replaced it with an identical one, which I think was a remnant of the communist era. I would definitely stay there again.

Booked a comfort room which was lovely , little dated but comfortable and clean .. all comfort rooms are in the tower facing the main road where trams are literally 1m away so it was very noisy and the curtains didn’t quite meet . We asked to change rooms which as much smaller , however cooler and quieter . Hotel was very accommodating.
Breakfast was lovely with a great choice.
Great location of train station .. a 20 min walk to market square..
