Spacious, homely unit, very well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood
Pros:

Spacious unit, very quiet, excellent bathroom and well equipped bathroom. Good parking, nice to have a dinning table, and guest laundry was a bonus

Comfortable, warm and quiet apartment with shops and restaurants close by on Sandy Bay Road.
Pros:

They explained they upgraded us as we were staying 5 nights.

Cons:

Needed to climb 25 stairs to room but you got used to that.
