Staff, service, helpful, polite, friendly, caring, anything you ask for was positive, relevant, helpful, useful, supportive 😊 👏 😀 👍 😉. WELL DONE TEAM 10/10 🥰😍😘🤗

Cons:

We need to keep it as cheap as possible as well as value for money. One of the hotels in Thailand provided tooth brush and tooth paste. Room service (the products in fridge and snacks) were very over priced considering 711s are cheaper and close by. Look after the customer by matching the price or even cheaper (discounted). Extra business with the customer at heart and pocket 😀

Pros:

Hotel was nice, location ok. Takes you a couple of days to get your bearings. Good for 2nd Road, Central Marina and Terminal 21.

Cons:

Staff seemed obsessed with charging you for anything. All the roads around the hotel are a bit of a challenge walking because there are no sidewalks so traffic is close to you. Be aware of this if you have children.
