Pros:

The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The room was decorated nicely. The bathroom tub had dirt in it. It was almost like the room had been cleaned several weeks ago. The bathroom had two lights and one of them flickered, we showed it to the gal and she basically just told us not to use it. One of the lights in the bedroom was missing a cover. The room was close to the road so was noisy.
We toured the animal sanctuary and that was cute. The breakfast was good.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, the male server was very friendly and welcoming. During check in staff was not very kind especially the front desk lady she was very unprofessional. When we entered the room there was a couple bugs immediately. Unfortunately we couldn’t leave due to the harsh weather conditions so we decided to just keep the booking and stay there.

Amazing hotel, Beautiful rustic look. Breakfast was included and it’s 3 minutes away from Cafe Albania and 8 minutes away from Ataco colorful town. Staff was polite and welcoming. Room was spacious, clean, hot water and excellent WiFi. Its green scenery was gorgeous!

The king suite was comfortable, with chairs on the porch. Breakfast was enjoyable both in the restaurant and served in the garden. The grounds include a wildlife sanctuary and horseback rides are an option. The complementary mud exfoliation at the Alicante Montana Hot Springs was an unexpected bonus. *Fun fact: they grow their own coffee! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of our host, Geraldo!
