We really enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Not really a breakfast location was easy to get to. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

There was some ppl that weren't staying at the hotel that was swimming in the pool and their kid was really annoying to my grandkids. Not Kool

Very irritating!
Pros:

I never got to stay.

Cons:

We drive 5 hrs. Tried to check in an already paided for room. Yhey would not let us check in. They charged me 100 for incidentals. The said they could not see it on their screen. Si even though the room was paid for, we had to dtive home 5 hrs, because he would not let us check in. I will never use Booking. Com again!

OVERALL OUR ROOM WAS CLEAN, NICE TOWELS AND COMFORTABLE BED AND GOOD TV.
Pros:

IT WAS QUIET AND THE BED WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.

Cons:

THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT DID NOT DISPLAY ANYTHING WHERE YOU COULD SEE WHAT THE TEMPERATURE WAS. IT WAS VERY COLD WHEN WE FIRST GOT THERE. WE HAD TO UNPLUG THE UNIT AND PLUG IT BACK IN, BUT WE COULDN'T SEE HOW TO SET THE TEMPERATURE. IT WAS LIKE IS WAS ON FAN ALL NIGHT SO IT WAS NOT VERY COLD.

The hotel was average and the bed was comfortable!
Pros:

Location to i12 is good.

Cons:

The price was $50 higher because it was a graduation weekend for LSU. It more than we wanted to pay for a stop over.

They stole 279.00 from me after having 2 rooms there the guy thats at the front desk is freaking horrible and if I dont get my money back im going to the BBB on mainstays in denham springs
