Over all good stay. Just would be nice if there was coffee around 5 down stairs.. Many guys be looking for it.

This hotel is undergoing MAJOR construction and there is no note of that anywhere. The first floor or bottom floor is completely demolished with the front desk in a closet around the corner, you cannot get in the front door and you have to go through a maze to find the elevators. The entire reception area is a nightmare of construction with noise and dirt. I would never have booked this if I had any idea the construction existed.
Our experience at the Holiday Inn in Columbia was wonderful! Devon at the front desk was so helpful correcting the reservation mistake I made and making sure we had a room. Breakfast was delicious! Our waitress Amanda, was very attentive and made sure we had a full Yeti of ice and water for the rest of our journey. David cooked our meal exactly like we asked him to do.
Even with the reconstruction going on, the staff made sure we had everything we could possibly need for a good night’s rest! I highly recommend this hotel!
It is such a pleasure to stay here! We have been coming here since the Summer of 2022 just about every year as we are passing through. The professionalism, courtesy and hospitality is phenomenal each time! The rooms are clean and well kept. Amanda and David in Kem's kitchen are phenomenal! The breakfast was awesome! The meal is cooked to order - no buffet! Some of the best hotel food I ever had! Please make sure to eat breakfast...it is worth it!
When allergies are a concern, a smoke and pet free hotel is a must.
This location is under construction. I’m sure it will be even nicer after they finish. That said, the staff was polite and incredibly helpful with our check in.
I wish that I was greeted this well at every stay with IHG.
I am an IHG platinum member. That’s supposed to mean something to the IHG franchises. Unfortunately that is not always the case.
I therefore keep a note in my phone rating every IHG property I’ve stayed at to make sure not to revisit the bad ones.
I would not hesitate to book this hotel again. The room is clean and comfortable and quiet.

The gentleman that was working the front desk, Cliff, was so kind and accommodating! We had been outside all day, it was late and we were tired, and he made the check in process so easy and pleasant!
