Not consistent with our previous experiences with Holiday Inn. Dirty and uncomfortable.
Pros:

Was on our way home.

Cons:

DIRTY SHEETS, plumbing must have been under construction and it would blow out air then a bunch of black water, uncomfortable mattresses, very dirty facility.

Amazing time with good people
Pros:

Had a good time with the bartender(Chris) and cook(James Morris) had many good conversations and had in-depth talks about the food and drinks also had us try some of the different food ideas they had to get input to better the menu.

Large family on a long road trip 💕
Pros:

The customer service was excellent, at registration, the bar, and breakfast. The pool was heated and the kids loved it. And our room was perfect for a large family. Having a completely separate sitting room with the sofa bed helped when we have a combo of early birds and night owls.

Quite enjoyable.
Pros:

It was a wonderful experience and it was especially attributable to Kimberly who helped me at the front desk and made sure everything well went well with my check in. She's very helpful and very courteous polite and professional.

Cons:

The mattresses. They sucked

Unpleasant
Pros:

We were on our way to visit family and stopped for the night. The TV remote was not working properly and although the maintenance man attempted to assist, he was unable to get the remote to work properly. We decided, for o e night, we could deal with it. My husband then went to take a shower. When the tub would not drain, he attempted to lift the drain ok g, which came all the way out. Inside the drain was full of sludge and hair. We immediately packed our belongings and checked out, while requesting a full refund.

Perfect
Pros:

Hol8day inn east in Columbia mo has a relaxing environment. The rooms are clean. Goid for the price. Wanda and JR are absolutely amazing! Very comfortable to go into the restaurant with those two working it.

Great time on a business trip
Pros:

So the chef JR recommended the all meat flat bread pizza, I wouldn't call that a flat bread pizza, it's too good to be called that, food was amazing! And the bartender Wanda was amazing as well! Had a great time on my business trip!
