안락하고 깨끗한 호텔
Pros:

선호사항에 킹사이즈베드를 선택 하였는데 트윈베드룸이 배정되었습니다. 선호사항이 잘 반영되지않는 것 같습니다. 흡연 가능한 룸이 있는것같아서 객실에서 담배냄새가 날까봐 걱정했는데 호텔 건물 전체가 금연이라고 합니다. 객실 위생상태는 만족스러웠습니다. 위치는 좀 외진 것 같습니다.

* 바로 근처에 완샹청, 래플즈등의 초대형 쇼핑몰이 있어서 쇼핑하기 편리
* CBD지역 어디에도 빠르게 접근 가능합니다 (바로 옆이 항주 시청사)
* 시설이 매우 깨끗하고 쾌적하며, 1층 로비도 넓고 깨끗
* 조식 부페 퀄리티 좋음
* 로케이션과 퀄리티를 감안했을때 매우 합리적인 가격. 가성비 굿

가성비가 있는 호텔숙박 이었고요 주위 도로에 인접해 있지만 신 도시내에 있어서 밤에 조용하고 여유로운 호텔이었음

標準大床 還是比較好的... 雖然房間不大, 但是該有的還是有, 住的那一間硬體部份養護的還不錯, 也要感謝之前住的人沒有破壞, 所以才會延續好的環境

5月1日, 正好是旺季, 在HOTEL 上訂房而到飯店時, 客房服務說己經滿房, 還好是會員, 免費升級到行政房, 行政房雖大, 但是住的那一間房間三個洗水台的槽有二個不完善, 一個是有裂痕(但不影響使用), 一個是止水閥損壞. 整體而言是不錯的. 但願飯店注意小細節

OK business hotel. Convenient location.
Pros:

OK business hotel i the futuristic business area of Hangzhou. Nice room, but the bed mattress was very thin and hard. Good service and breakfast. Not too may interesting things to see in the neighborhod, althhough there is a couple of nice shopping malls and restaurants within walking distance. Most of the city is just a short taxi ride away.

Because there was so much furniture and equipment in the room, it felt a bit cramped.

Stay was okay, when I checked out the clerk failed to refund my security deposit and still its not being refunded. I looked into the Holiday Inn web site for contact information regarding this issue but could not succeed so far.

My second stay, room a bit on the smaller than what we had last year. No aircon when outside temperature was 26-27 C, had to request for an electric fan to make it through the nights. Convenient location, shower water pressure is good.

Family friendly hotel
Pros:

This hotel is catered more for young family. The hotel lobby even have a play zone for kids. My room probably was for family, as there were child proof devices and cartoon drawings all over the room. Staff speak ok English. The hotel is about 20 to 30 minutes to Hangzhou Railway Station depending on traffic. It is an Ok hotel.
