Ga nooit meer in dit hotel in denton verblijven!

Vieze air diffuser in het hotel met zo’n sterke geur dat je hoofdpijn krijgt en als je gevoelige luchtwegen hebt je er serieus klachten van krijgt. Het was ook in de gangen naar de kamers sterk aanwezig waardoor het ook in de kamers te merken was. Het hotel heeft duidelijk iets te verbergen want in de andere Hilton garden inn was dit niet aanwezig! Daarnaast hadden we een krakend bed, monteur bijna uur op gewacht wat poten gedraaid en onder wat gedaan leek verholpen. ‘s avonds na 2x draaien was het kraken weer ernstig aanwezig. Gemeld bij de balie, na een uur wachten matras op de grond gelegd en gemeld aan de balie dat we het wachten zat waren en wilde gaan slapen. Konden geen andere kamer krijgen. Kregen alleen excuses en 0 compensatie van het hotel! Echt een zeer slecht hotel want het is een kostbaar hotel met krakende bedden als je naar een been beweegt, waardoor je dus genoodzaakt bent op de grond te gaan liggen met het matras en zeer slechte luchtkwaliteit!
