Service is great. Rooms and beds/linens are comfortable. Loved the location of hotel. Only con is gym is very small. Herbal bath in room is great touch !

The property is located in a great location, but you pay a lot just for that. The stuff and service are great but the room is honestly not that nice. It has only one window that faces a wall. In my opinion, a bit depressing. The hotel is not big deal at all. So if the only thing you really care about is location and you’re willing to pay much more than all the other boutique hotels in Polanco, then this is the place for you.
Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in CDMX. Boutique property with superb service located in an excellent neighborhood. I’ll definitely come back!
