Very bad
Cons:

The toilet in the bathroom was wobbly, the edges of the shower had mold, the mattresses were uncomfortable, and the pillows were small.

Pros:

Mrs. Beth was amazing. She turned my whole experience around. I had 5 kids with me and she was very attentive. She even helped me pic out activities for the kids. She is amazing and I will definitely be back because of her.

Cons:

Upon checking in when I went to front desk to speak with the evening employee at the desk was agitated about something and made the comment about it's f**king going to be one of those nights rudely before coming out to the counter to assist me.

Room price was nice- staff wasn't; overall it was just an ok stay.
Pros:

The yogurt at breakfast was good. There were plenty of pillows and blankets in the room.

Cons:

There wasnt much variety at breakfast.. no protein options... the muffins were really dry.. no coffee. We had ants all over our nightstand. The exhaust fan in bathroom didnt work. There was grafitti on the hair dryer in bathroom. Room was very dark. The elevator had matks from someone's butt and handprints.

Pros:

they charged me for two rooms and I only booked one and the man at the desk was rude about it. There was also mold all of the bathroom. the room above us had children jumping off the beds for hours after 11:00 when we were trying to sleep

Room smelled like cigarettes, visible patching on walls, lotion in bathroom heavily perfumed, stains to carpet, staff coughing and hacking in office behind check in desk, breakfast coffee not very good

Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse okay, Toast, Bagels, Pancakes - allerdings keine Eier. Anbindung nach Hershey war gut, ca. 15 Minuten Fahrzeit
Gebäude wirkte gepflegt und sauber

Cons:

Frühstück um Eier erweitern und täglich Frühstücksburger zur Verfügung stellen, gab es nur am Samstag.
Preise waren sehr unterschiedlich, von 72 bis 145 Euro pro Nacht für 2 Personen bei zwei Queensize Betten.
Preise meist 122 Euro, ich fand es zu viel.

Completely disgusting and will never recommend or stay here!
Pros:

nothing at all! Crappy rooms and management! Save your money and your stress! Stay somewhere else! This place is full of black mold, and the manager does not respond. We've already contacted corporate and they also have not been able to help because the manager will not respond.

Cons:

Everything. From the time we checked in we found black mold in both the air conditioner and the bathroom. We ended up checking out after my daughter and I both quickly developed some respiratory issues. Management will not respond, and front desk keeps telling us to shove it and hanging up on us. It's been weeks now and still no refund. I would never tell anyone to stay here!!

Very dirty. Not happy at all.
Pros:

Look like black mold in the tub. Chair cushion stain not able to sit on chair. Bed covering dirty. Could not look in mirrors both looked like someone had used oil on them. Dust and dort everywhere

Clean the rooms . Do not give one price on line and charge$75 more.
