Unresolved double-charge and poor customer service follow-up

The hotel itself is fine, features a good location for airport transit, and the staff on-site wasn't terrible during the stay.

Cons:

I stayed at the Park Inn by Radisson Frankfurt Airport one night. During check-in, I was charged an €8 city tax, despite my reservation confirmation explicitly showing that this tax was already included in the pre-paid total.

When I reached out to customer service, their initial response incorrectly claimed the tax was supposed to be paid on arrival. When I pointed out the exact wording on my official booking confirmation proving it was pre-paid, they simply stopped responding altogether.

While €8 isn't a massive sum, the lack of accountability, failure to review booking documentation, and ghosting a guest over an erroneous charge is unacceptable for a hotel under the Radisson brand. Check your itemized receipts carefully when staying here.

Gutes Hotel in Flughafennähe
Pros:

Vom Flughafen kann man alle 20 Min einen Bus nehmen X-61, der in der Nähe des Hotels hält. Ebenso kann man mit der S9 zum Flughafen fahren. Alle Stationen erreicht man in 5 - 10 Min. Taxi kostete 13 Euro. Gegenüber gibt es ein italienisches Restaurant, dass bis mindestens 22 Uhr geöffnet hat. Die Zimmer sind sauber, Badezimmer OK. Ich habe zweimal in 10 Tagen übernachtet, keine Probleme.

Cons:

Kleines Problem mit dem Fernseher. Beim 2. Aufenthalt konnte ich kein ZDF empfangen. Aber das lässt sich sicher beheben.

Hotel close to airport, very convenient for travellers.
Pros:

Convenient location near Gateway Gardens station, only short ride to airport. Very quiet during the night.
