The room service was alright , they tried to deliver and always to check if I liked the food . Now my problem is with one of the guys at the second floor bar , I went there for a drink and shisha , he served people in front of me then went back inside like I wasn’t there , the guy that makes the shisha had to go inside to call him for me and took my glasses when I finished . He just focused on the table in front of me without a care that someone is there needing service . So I will say the guy that makes the shisha there is an amazing guy and doing a great job when it comes to customer service .

I continue to stay at this hotel when I visit Lagos because of the great service. Unfortunately on this stay the housekeeping was shabby. The shower and toilet was not washed throughout my stay

Pros:

Far from a usual Four Point Sheraton. Dirty rooms, AC ancient, water cuts could force you to wash with a towel and bottled water. The breakfast was mediocre at best! Won’t be going back again! But the rates, well aligned with a “real” Four Point!
Very disappointed.

Pros:

Hotel don’t accept pounds or dollars. We had to go to a local back and pay before allowed into the hotel.
My reservation comes with breakfast. But I was ask to pay for breakfast. No taxi to airport was arranged. Electricity keeps going off and on. No hot water to bath for three days
Was just a terrible experience
