Esperaba un poco mas, pero esta bien.
Pros:

La rapidez de la reserva , el personal muy amable, desde recepcion y en el restaurante, la limpieza de todas las areas y habitacion

Cons:

La cama era pequeña, cama doble normal y colchon blando, no tenia vista la habitacion mas que al techo del vecino, el desayuno no tan variado.

Cons:

Los espacios para aparcar los autos es muy estrecha, las lineas de estacionamientos muy pegadas, esto hace que te golpen las puertas del carro y para subirse y bajarce muy incomodo. Deben mejoran esos espacios, no tienen las medidas correctas reglamentarias de ATTT por algun reclamo de choque.

Cargos de late check out abruptos.
Pros:

La atención de uno de los recepcionistas que nos atendió, fue súper amable y nos ayudó con el equipaje. Un caballero.

Cons:

El precio de tarifa abruptas de una noche a 95 a pasar ha 148 más impuestos. Y los cargos por 2 batos de late check out demasiado altos y no tener la cortesía de una hora . Ya que nos hospedarnos regularmente en hoteles del área y primera vez que cobran tan alto por 2 horas un abuso . No lo recomiendo más y no me vuelvo a hospedarme.

Demasiado ruido en el lobby.
Pros:

La atención de los empleados.

Cons:

Un Sr que tenía una especie de exposición en el lobby , horrible como hablaba de alto y no dejaba que los demás huéspedes pudieran conversar . Hablaba mal hasta de los colaboradores del hotel . Horrible , hay que apoyar los emprendimientos pero también hay que poner reglas .

Un excelente hotel, agradable y tranquilo.
Pros:

La verdad es que nunca habiamos ido al hotel y esta muy bien acondicionado, las habitaciones bien limpias, todo ordenado, nos ayudaron a darnos una cama King para dormir mi esposa, nuestra bebe y yo, Muy agradecidos con el hotel y Carlos Sobenis.

Cons:

La comida estuvo muy bien, solo que pedimos unos Langostinos que creo ya estaban por dañarse, pero en general excelente la comida.
