Super schöne Erfahrung, kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr aufgestelltes Peraonal, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat einen guten ‘wipe’. Die Hotelanlage ist schön, übersichtlich und sehr gut in der Palmenumgebung eingebettet. Herlich!

Cons:

Für ein 5 Stern Hotel ist der Service zum Teil nicht professionell genug aber mit Ihrer Art und Weise kann das Personal das wieder wett machen. Es ist toll, dass ausschliesslich Dominikaner arbeiten.

Beautiful property with good food and friendly staff.
Pros:

Nicely landscaped. Large guest room. Variety of pools. Decent gym. Buffet food was very good.

Cons:

It’s a 10-12 minute walk to the beach, though they do run frequent shuttles. A dearth of available beach loungers, so get there early to snag a chair.

Todo! Para destacar, la atencion genuina y amable de todo el staff. Los manager muy involucrados en la operacion y el servicio, acompañando al equipo en todo momento y en todos los detalles.-
Las actividades de entretenimiento son todo lo que esta bien. Una mencion especial para la profe de yoga que es lo mas!
En cuanto al servicio de Aa&bb no te alcanzan los Dias para probar todo y todo es de muy buena calidad.-
El servicio de spa y los Masajes también son excelentes.-

Conforto e relaxamento.
Pros:

Café da manhã razoável com opções saudáveis. Atendentes simpáticos. Lugar silencioso. A limpeza do quarto é adequada, refrigeração adequada. Gostei que quando foi solicitado auxílio todos os atendentes se mostraram dispostos.

Cons:

Localização ruim, pois é longe da praia. Muitos vendedores na areia. Péssimo serviço nos restaurantes terceirizados. Se você não está acostumado com gorjetas é bom levar alguns dolares trocados, pois o serviço é melhor se você dá gorjeta.

Beautiful hotel & grounds
Pros:

The grounds of the hotel were amazing very well looked after. The staff too were excellent except the bar staff would serve people who came to the bar after you.

Cons:

We both got food poisoning, the food was cold alot of the time. I even mentioned this prior to us getting ill.
