Beautiful hotel & grounds
Pros:

The grounds of the hotel were amazing very well looked after. The staff too were excellent except the bar staff would serve people who came to the bar after you.

Cons:

We both got food poisoning, the food was cold alot of the time. I even mentioned this prior to us getting ill.

I would go back again and again
Pros:

This place exceeded my expectations. The staff as very friendly, the food was not like your typical all inclusive meal it was better. The place is stunning. There aren’t alot of places that i would revisit but this is definitely one of them.

Toller Badeurlaub wo nichts gefehlt hat.
Pros:

Traumhafte Anlage mit mehreren Pools. Zum Strand fahren alle paar Minuten Golfcars. Am Strand der Beachclub ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wurde nicht immer täglich gereinigt.

Cons:

Food was poor. Didn’t have a single good meal.
Some staff were helpful but on the whole it was poor service.
Spanish speakers preferred over everyone else.

Pros:

L’emplacement est magnifique - plusieurs endroits discrets pour se reposer. Les plans d’eau sont bien aménagés. La plage est magnifique mais c’est géographique.

Cons:

Zel est une vieille dame bien maquillée. Nouveau concept !! Peut être mais on a plutôt besoin de serviettes dans la chambre cela nous a pris 4 jours avant d’en avoir…et aucun service de chambre le 1er janvier. Le vin maison est imbuvable , impossible d’avoir une coupe de champagne je parle pas de cava ou de proseco - à 800 $ par jour quand même et on nous a fait payer en plus 230 $US pour un souper du 31 décembre toujours avec le même vin imbuvable et sans bulle digne de ce nom - et pas de café !! Je suis allée au Barcelo il y a deux ans durant la même période et le champagne coulait à flot- le ZEL est un 4 étoiles sans plus on nous fait payer cher parce qu’il y a moins de chambres. Le personnel est gentil et souriant en général mais besoin de formation. On nous dépose une bouteille de vin que nous avons acheté parce que on en peut plus du vin maison imbuvable sans l’ouvrir - on est en train de manger nos entrées et on nous apporte le plat principal en même temps etc etc c’est digne d’un film.
